Holiday rentals with a fire pit in Great Smoky Mountains

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ We had such an amazing stay! The home was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed, but the real highlight was the absolutely stunning mountain views! Waking up to that peaceful scenery each morning was unreal. It felt like our own little retreat tucked away in nature. We couldn’t have asked for a better getaway and would 100% come back. Highly recommend!

This is a beautiful home tucked into a peaceful little corner of the mountains. The house has all of the basics covered. The waterfalls in front of the house are beautiful and provide a constant white noise that I found to be very peaceful. However, the roar is surprisingly loud. The home is very automated (Alexa to control the lights, motioned sensing trash can, etc.) which I guess can be a pro or a con depending on preference. We especially loved all of the deck space! And I loved all of the windows that brought in a ton of natural light.

We loved our stay at the creekside cabin! The proximity to the Oconaluftee Visitors Center (just over 30 min) was perfect for our explorations in GSMNP. The house is also very close to a Publix and Ingles for groceries, and local spots for gas, food, and necessities. Our days and evenings were spent in the NP, but we made sure to spend one evening on the porch alongside the creek - and it was bliss! The space accommodated us, our toddler, and our pup. It rained hard a couple evenings, so it was very handy to have TV streaming options available. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances and tools, allowing us to easily make breakfast and dinners. Hand washing the dishes is no problem for us. :) We hope to stay here again so we can explore more of the NP and Maggie Valley’s surrounding area! Highly recommend!

Beautiful setting and easy quick drive to downtown. The private little house is perfectly nestled in with little noise from anything other than nature. The house is spacious and plenty of room for 2 to 4 people. Nice front porch for sitting and enjoying the quiet and nature sounds.

I already miss The High House! From the moment we arrived, it was clear this place was something special. The porch quickly became my favorite spot—I could have spent all day soaking in those breathtaking views. We were lucky enough to visit during firefly season, and watching the fireflies put on their magical show was truly unforgettable. Our evenings around the campfire, making s’mores, were such a treat. My 9-year-old boys loved exploring the property, making new friends with the host’s sweet and welcoming children, and discovering tortoises, baby kittens, and playful sheep along the way. The beds were super comfortable, and the location was perfect for all our adventures—whitewater rafting, zip lining, gem mining, and chasing waterfalls. One of the highlights was ordering baked goods and a dinner from our wonderful host, Sharon. It was hands down the best meal we had during our trip! Our stay was pure magic, and I can’t recommend The High House enough! Thanks for the memories!

Beverly was very pleasant and friendly and greeted us when we arrived. The accommodations were beautiful. The room is clean and tidy. She supplied a lot of items in the kitchen and bathroom. It's a perfect get away for a couple interested in lying back and enjoying nature. The area was very private and quite. Restaurants are a short drive away. Upon leaving, we spoke with Beverly again and she thanked us for coming and invited us to come again. We will definitely book it again just to get away for a few days to relax. What a great place to stay in Bryson City. MooseLodge was an exceptional place and our family loved staying there for three nights in June. The kids were sad to go! Sean has made sure that the place has so many thoughtful things left in it, and the bathroom is like a spa experience with included sauna. The place is just outside the main town, but only a 2-3 min drive away; lovely and quiet. It's also very close to DeepCreek which is super for hiking and tubing down the river.

We loved staying at Lara’s. Because of rainy weekend, the mountains were especially lush and foggy creating almost magical misty atmosphere. We were able to build a fire every night. Kitchen was perfectly stocked with nice scratch free pots/pans. Lots of nature and little towns to explore nearby. Thank you Lara - we would love to come back!

This is a most perfect place to stay if you’re looking for peaceful, rustic charm and comfort. Close to great place to eat and hike, our dog loved it and we plan on booking there again next summer.

My wife and I honeymooned here . The place was beautiful, spacious and clean . With a view that was TO DIE FOR. The last night we met Jose , we talked with him for a bit . Very very nice guy ! Between the views , the place in general and Jose’s hospitality we will definitely be back if ever in Maggie vally!! 100000 out of 10 all around amazing !!!

If you need a place to get away from the traffic and everyday obligation of work and just need a peaceful reset, this is the place. From the beautiful scenery surrounding you and the sound of the river below, you can feel the stress melt away. The cabin was very clean and the bed was super comfortable. Catherine is a great host and very accommodating. We will definitely book again when we need to recharge and plan on trying to book in the fall because this place has to look amazing when the leaves start changing colors. Thanks again Catherine for a wonderful place and can’t wait to come see you and this wonderful place again.

Loved our stay here, it was literally the perfect location, close enough to have a quick drive into Gatlinburg, yet it was in a quiet wooded area for us to enjoy the outdoors without people being nearby, our host was so quick to respond to any questions we had about the Air Bnb, he was also very polite and went above and beyond to make this such a special trip for us, we will definitely be booking here again!

This cabin was amazing! You don’t hear any traffic from the cabin and super cozy! Jacob checked-in on us throughout our stay!

A wonderful little get-away for the two of us that stayed. It was absolutely perfect and such a special place to make memories! We kept saying, “They truly thought of everything!” The hot tub was well taken care of, the heart shaped bathtub was a perfect relaxation spot, the cabin was immaculately clean, and they included all details you could have needed! I hope we can book this Airbnb again & create even more memories! 💙

When I say the views are magnificent I am talking like better than the Sky Park in Gatlinburg, which was amazing, but I'm not sure much can beat this place. It's also private and secluded and quiet. Our kids had a blast playing the video games with and without us, which gave us a little date time! It is perfect for anyone really, great setup, comfy beds, but the deck and hot tub just make it with that incredible view!
