Located in the beautiful Waveney Valley, ideally located for visiting The Broads, the stunning coastline and countryside of the Norfolk/Suffolk border, quaint towns and historical Norwich. Cosy cottage in an excellent location, a minute from the beach, within crawling distance of the Sole Bay Inn, with the lighthouse a mere beam away. Three bedrooms: front bedroom has twin beds & views of the lighthouse, two back bedrooms - one with a single bed leading into second room with a queen-sized double. Number of guests is limited to 4. Due to the configuration of the stairs/access to the bathroom, the cottage is not suitable for those with limited mobility/possibly young children.

Our 'exclusive use' booking policy means never having to share space or facilities with anyone who isn't part of your group. The campsite is 'nearly wild', we supply only basic facilities - two long drop compost toilets, a fire pit and a shelter. Situated in Ilketshall St Andrew, a village rich in footpaths and commons.

The Tiny House

Rustic Shepherd's hut set in its own 5 acre field. Very child and dog friendly, all welcome! The Tiny House is well insulated and with its wood burning stove is lovely and toasty during winter months. Unlimited wood available. The bathroom is located directly behind the hut, where there is a shower and a composting toilet. This is attended to daily. Rural and peaceful location but also situated close to many amenities, including delightful pubs and restaurants.
