Great venue, service and food - highly recommend!!!

Thank you to Louis and Roy for creating Moat Island. We felt really lucky to stay. Magical place as if someone’s Imagination dreamt it up. When new guests arrived you could hear them making the amazed sounds we did. Excellent and social open kitchen, loved that. The tents are top quality, sturdy, warm, large and homely, dry as a bone. Bed so comfy. Private own patch of space. Around our tent was our own family fire pit and a table to eat at, a compost loo if we didn’t feel like heading to the very well made modern bathrooms on site. Kids liked the hammock and swing bench. The natural pool was incredible, could of sat on the deck all day looking at the scene, lovely to swim in. Peaceful, driveable to everything - we went to the Broads, Fritton Owl Sanctuary, the North Coast, Holt, Pensthorpe Nature Reserve and into Norwich. Could just stay on the campsite all day though, plenty to do. I didn’t want to leave, will be back!

Our trip to Great Yarmouth was great, we only stayed one night but it was really nice to be able to go back with really comfy beds and a nice quiet room after a long day

I took my two kids to stay at Moat Island for a couple of nights during Half Term whilst we visited relatives nearby. It was the perfect mid-point location, but also felt like a special and memorable site. The bell tents are cosy and warm, and the composting toilet next to ours was the nicest I’ve ever used. I found myself going to it repeatedly when I only needed to walk about 20m more to get to the plumbed indoor ones! We enjoyed having a communal kitchen area, as it allowed us to chat to a few our ‘neighbours’. The outdoor pond/pool was utterly freezing, but worth a dip. And thankfully the nearby showers were gloriously warm.

Angie was an excellent host - quick at replying and helpful. The accommodation was perfect for what we needed - roomy, very clean and comfy beds. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk supplied. Dog friendly and a secure area at the front of the property. Thank you for a lovely stay - if we are in the area again we’ll certainly be back.

We stayed as a group of friends at this charming house, and it exceeded all our expectations! The property was even more stunning than the pictures, with a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern comforts. Vanessa is incredibly kind and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed for a fantastic stay. The peaceful surroundings and beautiful scenery provided the perfect backdrop for a memorable getaway. We can't recommend this place enough and would like to return one day!

We had a great time at Andrew's house. It's the perfect space for large groups and very quirky! We were grateful to Andrew for letting us leave cars at the house earlier in the day as check-in is fairly late (3pm). It would be good to have more detailed instructions regarding check-in but otherwise everything was great and I would definitely recommend Andrew's place.

The Dragonfly was just exceptional! Everything about it was of the best standard, luxury. From the toilet paper to the bedding. There are 6 or 7 other venues on the White lodge estate run by Victoria but it all feels very private. Yes it is in a very quiet location and you need to drive to restaurants etc but the facilities to cater for yourself are pretty much as you have at home. Coffee maker with pods provided! We cannot really give high enough praise. We had 3 wonderful nights at the Dragonfly, thank you Victoria and all those who do the background stuff we never saw.

We really liked how cosy and private the place is. It’s spacious and well designed . The jacuzzi is a nice bonus for a romantic scene. The tv is updated for a great Netflix and chill or if you want to play music YouTube is available. The airbnb comes with towels and robs/slippers for two. Great tea selection with quality biscuits. Would 100% stay here again.

Lovely interior and friendly and welcoming decor. Not very near the sea which is always made clear from the description. Easy walking from the house.

Place is very clean and close to city centre and and supermarkets and shops. Shaun was very kind and I felt home straight away, warm welcome and house got all what you need. House is clean and area is calm, definitely I will stay again and recommend for everyone.

Absolutely magical stay – a dream come true! From the moment we arrived, this stunning cottage in the peaceful village of Foulsham felt like something out of a film. I booked it for my 40th birthday with friends from near and far, and it couldn’t have been more perfect. As soon as we stepped inside, it felt like home. Hannah has truly thought of everything — from cocktail shakers and fancy dress items to extra towels for the amazing hot tub, pool, and sauna. The house is beautifully decorated with unique touches, framed art, and super comfy, hotel-quality beds. Everyone kept saying how much they wished they could stay longer! We had the best weekend relaxing, laughing, and making memories. Booking Rhia the masseuse was a must, and walking around the gorgeous village was the perfect way to unwind. The fun disco balls were such a hit — friends thought I’d brought them myself! It was the perfect escape from city life. I honestly can’t recommend it enough & already can’t wait to return
