The cottage has been refurbished to a high standard throughout and sleeps up to 3 comfortably. The ground floor has a large lounge with smart TV and access to a rear courtyard through a dining room. There’s a large double bedroom with king sized bed, a cosy single bedroom and modern bathroom. A perfect base for exploring!

We have kept a light modern funky space and a beach feel throughout the build which extends to the garden . It has a completely private garden so not overlooked to enjoy maximum privacy on your holiday.All our doorways, bathroom and access are suitable for wheelchairs. Lowestoft has a sandy beach with several cafes on the promenade. Southwold is a picturesque coastal town, a 25 minute drive away and Beccles, a beautiful market town on the banks of the river Waveney.

In a very peaceful setting, we hope you will be able to unwind and relax. The Annex can be arranged as 2 superking bedrooms, or 1 superking and 1 twin. With your own entrance you will be totally independent.
