Jacquie was a great host! She was very thorough in her instructions and informative! The place was beautiful, spacious, and we really enjoyed our stay. We travelled with 2 small kids and she had a booster seat and baby gates, which really helped our peace of mind. We would highly recommend staying here!!

This is a great place to stay if you’re wanting true mountain living! Great views of the mountain range from the back porch! The space was as described. The beds were comfy, the living room was spacious and our 11 month old had plenty of space to crawl around. Bathrooms were clean, too! Frank was a great host and gave very detailed directions for check in, check out and navigation to the house. He even provided local restaurant recommendations!! This house (at no fault to the owner/host) is at a high elevation of 9,800 feet. If you’re sensitive to high elevation this would be something to consider.

Really clean house, beautifully decorated and comes with everything you could need for your stay! Jacquie was a great host, very good communication. Will definitely try and book again !

We had a great stay at Neal’s place. The view from the living room was incredible, and the place itself just feels like home. The bed was comfortable, and we had everything we needed. It’s a short walk to Garden of the Gods, and is near a beautiful walking trail that takes you downtown. We hope to return the next time we’re in the area!

Home was just amazing and very peaceful

First time staying at this location but second time being hosted by Gabby. Place was easy to find, walkable to coffee & beer. Near trails. Not far at all from restaurants. House was clean, was plenty of space for me & my partner. Backyard is huge, perfect for your furry friends. No complaints! Will definitely consider being hosted by Gabby again when staying in COS :)

Absolutely loved this Airbnb! The location was peaceful and secluded—perfect for a relaxing weekend getaway. Shelly and her team were incredibly prompt and accommodating. Highly recommend! We were lucky enough to have an elk visitor, which made the trip even more special!!!

It was a great place to stay and get away. So many hiking trails nearby and Colorado Springs is easily accessible!

This was hands down one of the best Airbnb experiences we’ve ever had! The host was absolutely wonderful, super welcoming, incredibly thoughtful, and had fantastic communication from start to finish. They went above and beyond by leaving helpful little notes throughout the home, making everything easy to find and use. There was no room for miscommunication or uncertainty, everything was crystal clear. The personal touches made it even more special, cold beer and snacks waiting for us on arrival were such a treat after a long day of travel. The location was perfect: centrally located, but tucked just off a quiet street so we could enjoy both convenience and peace. We truly felt at home here, and if we ever find ourselves back in Colorado Springs, we wouldn’t think twice, we’ll absolutely be staying here again. Highly, highly recommend this gem of an Airbnb!

We were extremely happy with our stay. The house was in great shape, and very charming. The location in terms of access to the very quaint Manitou Springs could not have been better. A very short walk to excellent coffee, fun shopping, restaurants, and of course the stream that runs through downtown Manitou Springs. Garden of the Gods, Pike’s Peak, and Colorado Springs were all super close, too. Our interactions with Tim and Kris were also very satisfying. They checked in with us promptly upon our arrival to see if we needed anything and made sure we knew that if we needed anything, they were easily reachable and available to help. I recommend staying at their beautiful home.

The Hillside Hideout was an absolutely wonderful place to stay! It was just what my husband and I were looking for to celebrate our honeymoon! We had many incredible adventures as it was close to so many beautiful places. The stay was perfect from start to finish and Tiffany and Irvin thought of every detail to make us feel right at home. They supplied the home with so many useful items incase they were forgotten and even some food items which was beyond nice. We would highly recommend this cute cozy place to anyone!

It was just as described and very peaceful. Would 100% stay here again. Very clean bed was super comfortable and it was right near downtown.

We love this place. Its in a beautiful neighborhood, has a sweet relaxing deck with an expansive view. The kitchen is well equipped beds are nice. Very dog friendly. This is the second time we stayed there and plan to continue to book Rosemarie's place whenever we goto Colorado Springs. Highly recommended.

We loved the space it felt very spacious for a studio and my son loved his extra bedroom space! It really felt like home away from home with having everything we needed, we will definitely be trying to stay again next time we come to visit!

The apartment is pretty spacious and sofas are comfy. Peggy and Mark have plenty of signs and notes around the place to keep things clear and tidy. Felt very welcome and comfortable there, would definitely stay again.

OMG! What a great property tucked into downtown. Staying here felt like being “in on” a secret. The town was hopping with spring breakers, but the unit was very quiet overall. The reserved parking space was an added benefit. The unit was clean and cozy with everything at your fingertips. I would say that if you plan to cook in the unit bring aluminum foil. 😊 Again, if you get the chance to stay here, you will not be disappointed.

Gabby was a very kind and considerate host. She made a point to check up on us to see if we needed anything several times. The space itself, was perfectly comfortable and we had all we needed. Thank you Gabby!

Fantastic stay. Spacious, well-equipped, and in a beautiful part of Colorado Springs. For a short-term stay near Fort Carson, Jennifer’s place offers a refreshing perspective of the city. Highly recommend.

Our stay was great! It was very homey after a full day of sightseeing every day. The neighborhood was nice and quiet, no noisy neighbors. The place itself was very clean and well decorated. Tc was a great host before we arrived and while we were there as well. Highly recommend staying here.

Charming Southwest-inspired house with well thought-out details. Comfortable layout and furnishings. Porches facing both east and west to enjoy sunrise and sunset. Good air flow. Easy street parking. Walkable to a few good restaurants and only 10 minute drive to Manitou Springs, Colorado College, downtown, Garden of the Gods and the Broadmoor. Great location no matter which way we went!

I had a great time during my stay here! I was here for 3 months and enjoyed every bit of it. The beginning was a bit rough during the Miller moth season since the windows had big gaps in them letting in tons of the little guys, but after I patched it up I don’t have a bad thing to say about my stay. Cindy the host was extremely helpful throughout my stay and very flexible when I had to extend it a couple days and always got back to me in a timely manner with questions I had. Highly recommend and would stay here again! Thank you Cindy!
