There is parking for maximum 2 vehicles in front of the house.  Neighborhood boat launch is suitable for small watercraft up to 19'.  Property is not suitable for toddles and young children (under 8 years) as there is no yard for outside play.  Minimum 5 nights during July and August, 3 night minimum on holiday weekends,  with two night minimum the balance of the year.
