This waterfront home is located on Lake Martha, a 60-acre body of water that's great for swimming, boating, and year-round fishing. Enjoy the private dock, a large shaded porch, firepit, BBQ and an expansive lawn rolling down to the lake's edge. Gas-powered motorboats not permitted. 2 kayaks, pedal boats, and standup paddleboards provided.

Tranquil remodeled daylight basement studio with private entrance. Enjoy your morning coffee while gazing at the Olympic mountains, water view, & stunning sunsets. Eagles and Osprey fly overhead. This dog-friendly property has a fully fenced yard! Enjoy luxury bedding, sauna, firepit, organic honey, and coffee. The property is equipped with Powerwalls for continuous power during outages. Beautiful and spacious, this home is minutes away from Port Townsend. Two-story windows fill the house with natural light and give a beautiful view to the outdoors. Upstairs bedroom is loft style, looking out over living room. Downtown Port Townsend is a 6 mile drive and grocery stores and other restaurants are even closer. I'm happy to give all kinds of recommendations for food, outdoor fun, and events going on in town.
