Holiday rentals with lake access in Greenbush Township

We had a wonderful weekend at this beautiful lakeside cottage! My husband and I stayed here with three of our adult children, their spouses, and our grandchildren, and everything exceeded our expectations. The house was incredibly well-equipped with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable and relaxing family getaway. From the moment we arrived, we felt at home. The cottage was clean, spacious, and thoughtfully stocked—from the kitchen essentials to cozy bedding and everything in between. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy, yet the common areas were perfect for gathering, sharing meals, and making memories together. The location on the lake offered a peaceful view and opportunities for fun. tThe grandkids fished all day, we cooked out for dinner and we ended the evening with a wonderful fire at the fire pit provided, every moment felt special. We’re so grateful for such a seamless and enjoyable experience and will definitely be returning!

We had a wonderful stay over a weeks time. The house was the perfect location between Tawas and Oscoda for the activities we wanted to do. You truly have the up north Michigan vibe while here. Although the house was great there were a few things that over the time span of a week we noticed or wish were slightly improved. There are not curtains in all the bedrooms and with being on the sunrise side of the state it was very bright in those rooms very early. So sleeping was a bit difficult. The beds however were incredibly comfortable even if it’s a tight space of a double. The lack of true nightstands was a bit inconvenient as our whole party are glasses wearers so there wasn’t a spot bedside to put those. Lastly in the kitchen, there were many broken cooking utensils that were found and/or are in a major need or replacement such as very dull knives or ones that ever have broken tips. All basic needs were meet for our stay which is all we wanted.

We all enjoyed our stay! The lake is beautiful. The house is comfortable and has great views of the lake. We loved having the Blackstone to cook on. Plenty of space inside and outside. Would definitely stay again!

This house was perfect for our weekend getaway! Everything was super clean, there is plenty of room, and the kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook our meals. We enjoyed the spacious deck and beautiful beach just a short walk away. We would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time, many things to do just within the house. It was very nice to have the lake right across the street. Anytime I asked a question Rob was right on it. Very comfortable Beds are very nice!

Our stay was perfect! We are so glad we found Matthew's place. He welcomed our furry friends giving us a safe place for them to stay and play. A fenced grassy yard, puppy blankets, and toys. I texted Matthew with a question and he called me within minutes. We will be staying here again and again!

This is a fantastic home just a few steps from Hubbard Lake. My wife and two adult children stayed here for an extra long Memorial weekend. It was easy to find and easy to gain access. The home is very clean, very quiet, and quite comfortable. The kitchen looks brand new and has very modern appliances. The bedrooms are spacious, comfortable, and private. We especially enjoyed all the little touches provided by the hosts: big beach towels, a s'mores basket, extra toiletries, many games, etc. The owners are communicative and responsive. I will definitely stay here again!

My husband and I stayed for my 39th birthday, and it was EXACTLY what we were looking for. The beach was beyond expectations and what sold us. We have this place saved for future visits. 10/10 recommend. Co-host was very easy to communicate with and made our stay easy and comfortable.

It was a great place to stay, very comfortable. I would like to get back in late spring or summer, the walk to the beach would be awesome.

Good place to stay in Alpena. Hosts were super responsive and nice when I had an issue figuring out the lock they came by to check I made it in even though I was checking in a little late.

tiffany rocks, super kind, checked on me, house was spotless, good for smaller dogs. comfy and cozy, plenty of sleeping space for 5. tiffany responded almost immediately every time. make sure to bring water to drink, none in fridge. great location to enjoy some peace in the woods and a day at the beach just across the street. if absolutely necessary you can walk from town. little distance but better then the alternative. have fun, thanks tiffany, see you soon.

I had never been to Oscoda before, and Rachel’s place made me feel right at home! Perfect view of the beach, and it was just so so so beautiful. I will definitely be coming back for sure!!

We did not want to leave! This place is so great---the view, the knotty pine interior, the kitchen was really nice and had everything we needed mostly, it was just all around fabulous.

The house was beautiful and spacious! We fit 10 people easily, and comfortably. The neighborhood is nice and we walked downtown and to the beach each day. My one thought was I wish there was a washer and dryer in the unit due to all our dirty beach clothes. Highly recommend this house for family getaways!

This is a great place for enjoying Caseville and right next to the beach! My husband and I found the bed to be very comfortable. There are great restaurants and places for drinks within 10 min walk, definitely check out Beachy's and the Bake and Brew. We had family staying in the campground across the street and it was quick to visit them. Highly recommend, we will be back!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was amazing and everything was clean.

Glad that we chose this place at the very last minute. The place was nice and quiet, the deck is very peaceful to just sit and relax. The kitchen is stocked with basic essentials.

I have been coming up to hubbard lake for 15+ years, first time staying here this is by far one of our favorite spots now. This place was beautiful, thunder bay river was perfect . Neighbors were nice area was very relaxing. House had everything and more for what we needed . Only thing id say is it was a little uncomfortable how much the cameras turned on especially with kiddos and you know somebody is watching you every few minutes cause the blue light keeps activating. Multiple people in our family pointed it out. Just something to keep in mind most people are use to one out front but this is first time ive seen them on the whole property .

This property is absolutely awesome! Me and my girlfriend stay for 3 nights 4 days and it was perfect for us, secluded and just peaceful. Everything advertised was there, the view from the living room is beautiful my favorite part of it. We definitely recommend and we will be back!

Really loved our time at this cabin overall! The location is gorgeous - the views from the back patio, the hot tub, the fire pit, and the indoor spaces are absolutely stunning. You can see so much of the lake, and of the beautiful surrounding land. The cabin is also lovely. It had lots of little touches to make it feel more comfortable, cozy, and ready to settle right in! There are a few things I wish were more clear in the listing. For example, there are two bedrooms - one has a queen bed, and one has a trundle with two twins. The other queen is a pull-out couch right in the living room. Since the cabin is mostly just one large space, that room is open to all of the space. Also, the hot tub is on a low watt plug, so it took about 5 hours for it to warm up to the point of being comfortable in chilly weather. I wish it had warmed up more quickly, or been usable right when we arrived. Overall it was a really lovely trip and I would definitely recommend it to others!

Cute stone cottage, quiet neighborhood, beautiful setting and nicely decorated.

Mike’s cottage was in a beautiful location and very nice and clean. Mike was very responsive when I had a question and was quick to help me solve it. He was there when we needed something during our stay and was very informative about things to do around the cottage.

Host was easy to communicate with, and instructions for check-in / check-out were very clear. Good suggestions for local food and attractions. The house was clean, and accommodating for our larger group. The fire pit and beach area were perfect. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a relaxing water front stay, close to downtown Caseville!

We absolutely loved our stay at the Lightkeeper's cabin #6. It was built sometime in the 1940's and was absolutely like stepping back in time, but with all the modern amenities you could ask for. The kitchen was wonderful with all the modern appliances - we loved the gas stove! The bathroom was just as modern and did not disappoint. The view out the back of the cabin was better than perfect. Lake Huron was about a 100 feet away! This cabin was worth every penny. It had 3 bedrooms, a living room and a bonus room with lots of space for entertaining. If you love the thumb of Michigan - this is the place for you. So much to do and see!
