Welcome to our house in the woods! 12 acres surrounded by trees and above a series of waterfalls along the Stony Kill, which runs all the way from Minnewaska State Park through our property and into downtown Accord. You can sit in a hammock outside, soak in our hot tub while listening to the river, or chill out inside with some tunes or the TV projector. Budding entomologists will enjoy the endless procession of bugs, ants, spiders, ticks, and other creepy-crawlies that is part of River House.

This newly renovated cabin is located on over an acre of land surrounded by woods and overlooking a stream. The space is open and bright with tons of natural light and the screened in porch has cozy furniture where you can sit and listen to the stream. Outside there is a beautiful hangout area where you can use our solo stove to have campfires and relax under the solar twinkle lights. We also have a mini deck perfect for Yoga, Meditation, sunbathing. You will also find a hammock in the backyard

You will enter through a private entrance, go up a flight of stairs, and you'll find our airy open-concept loft. It's equipped with a king-sized bed as a well as a queen-size pull-out sofa bed. We are dog friendly, situated close to Minnewaska State Park for hiking and swimming, and only a 5 min drive to access amenities in Ellenville.
