Holiday rentals with a fireplace in Greenpoint, Brooklyn

If I could rate this place 10/5 stars I would! Me and my group absolutely LOVED our stay here. Starting with George, he was extremely nice and responsive with any and all questions that we had, he honestly couldn’t have asked for a better host. Then the home its self exceeded our expectations (especially the roof top). The home was clean, cozy, well put together, and located on a street where all the neighbors were extremely nice and welcoming! Now tips for future renters; this home is located near the C train and the J train. In addition, if you are hungry, Tio’s off of Fulton (near the J train) is the place to go! All food is amazing and well priced. Once again; this was an amazing stay and made this New York trip amazing; I would definitely stay here again!

Wij hebben een ontzettend fijn verblijf gehad bij Katia. Het appartement is hartstikke schoon, netjes en precies zoals op de foto's. Het appartement is voorzien van letterlijk alles. Denk aan: airco, kruiden, koffie, thee, föhn, stijltang, douche producten en dekentjes voor bij de Netflix. We kwamen dan ook niks te kort. We wouden graag gebruik maken van de wasmachine. Het leek alsof er in het washok geen stroom was. Hiervoor contact opgenomen met Katia en dit was gelijk geregeld. Wat een fijne en snelle service! Het appartement is op loopafstand naar de bus (12 min) en goed te doen. Enige minpuntje is dat het gehorig is en we af en toe wat geluidsoverlast hebben gehad van de buren. Maar dat mag de pret niet drukken. Zeker een aanrader voor iedereen die naar New York gaat.

Gabriel’s place is wonderful! My family and I had a great stay. He is extremely responsive (the fastest to respond of any Airbnb host I’ve ever had), was graciously flexible for an early check in, and the place was spotless and newly renovated. The location is perfect for access to the very useful 2 train. Easy ride up to Crown Heights for lots of good restaurants, Prospect Park, etc, and easy to get into Manhattan.

Mary Jeans home was beautiful. Convenient location for what we needed for the weekend. Mary Jean was an extremely responsive and helpful host. She went above and beyond to help accommodate us. Stephania and Elimil have been the best hosts I have ever had! The friendliness and efficiency in their help has been in parallel to great hotels. The house is in a beautiful spot next to a park and river, yet with walking distance to super market and Westfield mall. The appliances all functioned great and updated with newest technologies. Clean and efficient house that made us feel like home. Area felt friendly and safe too.

Probably the cleanest Airbnb we’ve ever stayed at! Althea’s place was super cute, had everything we could have needed, was in a safe neighborhood and easy parking- would definitely stay there again if in the area!

A perfect place for our 10 girlfriends, a HUGE beautiful kitchen and rooftop where we could all snack and relax. Bedrooms were spacious and beds were extremely comfortable. Rainfall shower was exactly what we needed after a long day in the city. Hosts were extremely friendly and so easy to get in touch with prior especially as a planner. Parking is Jersey City parking BUT we got a spot easily. 10/10 would recommend and would love to stay again!

One word -PERFECT. This place felt exactly like home. We had everything we needed during our stay and even more than we could think of! The floors were clean, bathrooms, beds, everything is tidy. Victor was responsible and quick replying host , he was very nice and friendly! Neighborhood is lovely, we felt safe and loved walking down to our bus station to get to NYC. My partner and I enjoyed a pleasant stay in New Jersey while attending the Cowboy Carter concert at MetLife Stadium. The home is conveniently located just a short drive from MetLife Stadium, the American Dream Mall, and NJ Transit, which provides easy access to New York City.

Wir haben uns in Wohnung von Cecia sehr wohl gefühlt. Das Appartement war sehr sauber und wie auf den Bildern abgebildet. Die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig und sicher. Die Kommunikation war schnelll und freundlich und wir haben von ihr und ihrem Mann viele wertvolle Tipps bekommen. Vom JFK Flughafen waren es ca. 2 Stunden mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr zum Appartement. Um nach Manhatten zu kommen gibt es mehrere Buslinien, die Haltestellen sind 2 bis 10 Minuten entfernt. In der Nähe des Appartements sind auch fußläufig viele Restaurants und Bäckereien, sowie Supermärkte. Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt. :-)

Some reviews said that parking was hard, but we had no problem finding parking right on the circle. The place was clean, everything was as described and Sanjenis was excellent to communicate with.

Amazing space! Very easy check-in and a really clean house overall. Very friendly host and clear instructions for transport to nyc. Overall an amazing experience and would recommend to anyone!
