The apartment "Lüntje"is on the first floor of a Gulf Barn in the middle of the historic center of Greetsiel. From here it is only a 2 minute walk to the port. For a delicious breakfast, coffee or cake you just have to go down the stairs, because the Café Friesenherzis located directly under the apartment in the Gulf Barn. The apartment is perfect for a break for two. On 36 square meters, the apartment "Lüntje"offers an open kitchen-cum-living roomwith a separate sleeping area.The kitchen is fully equipped with all the amenities you need on vacation. The living areais flooded with light from two floor-to-ceiling Velux windows. In the large double bed (180x200cm)you can sleep wonderfully under the home -made bed linen fromthe Friesenherz workshop. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtuband hairdryer. The toilet is separate from the bathroom. In the shared utility room (together with Fewo Memmert) you can wash, dry and iron your laundry. As the town center is closed to traffic, we have rented a parking lot for you on Ankerstrasse, which is about 400m away on foot. The duplex apartment has a north / east-facing living room on the ground floor with a view of the driveway and the surrounding fields. Bedrooms, a shower room and an additional toilet are located upstairs, where grain used to be stored. Four large block-frame sliding windows, which correspond as much as possible to their historical model, let a lot of light (and also air) into the living room. A fireplace in the almost 175-year-old stove niche provides comfort.

The 80 m² apartment "Silbermöwe" is located on the upper floor and offers up to 6 people everything needed for a relaxing time-out of the extra class on two floors; in addition to a wood-burning fireplace, there is also a sauna in the apartment. On the second floor you will find one of the three bedrooms of the apartment, from which you have a breathtaking view over the Leyhörn nature reserve. The apartment also includes a car parking space by the house.

The house offers a living and dining area with TV, a well-equipped kitchen, a terrace with garden and three parking spaces in front of the house. Bed linens and towels must be brought along.
