Great apartment, large terrace in a prime location

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Bright & special apartment "Liegeplatz" by the marina

The wooden pond district is located in a quiet residential area to the adjacent museum yard and the museum harbor. There are restaurants and bars on the waterfront within walking distance. Further via a pedestrian bridge, the historic city center can be reached in a few minutes' walk with the market square and all the various shopping, doctor's offices and other daily needs offers. In Neuenkirchen, 4 km away, there is a shopping center. You can find more tips in my travel guide.

Apartment in an elegant black and white design

In the heart of Greifswald's city center, 2 minutes from the large market square, is our elegant apartment with sleeping area, double bed (140 cm wide) which is very cozy and invites you to linger. The apartment is furnished in black and white design. The shower and toilet are separated from each other in one room by a partition. The apartment has a nice entrance corridor. Please book two days in advance and feel free to arrange check-in and check-out by phone in advance.
