Im Herzen von Greifswalds Innenstadt, 2min vom großen Marktplatz entfernt befindet sich unsere elegante Wohnung mit Schlafecke, Doppelbett (140cm breit) die sehr gemütlich und zum Verweilen einlädt. Die Wohnung ist in schwarz-weißem Design eingerichtet. Dusche und WC sind in einem Raum durch eine Abtrennung voneinander getrennt. Die Wohnung verfügt über einen schönen Eintrittskorridor. Bitte zwei Tage im Voraus buchen und gerne telefonische Absprache im Voraus über Check In und Check Out.

Green oasis in the city center, 2 rooms, parking

The apartment is located within 5 minutes’ walk from the train station and city center. It has a separate entrance and consists of a sleeping room with double bed, extra large (160 x 220 cm), including a writing desk, a bathroom with shower and a living room with TV, a Grothrian-Steinweg piano, integrated kitchen and dining area, a sofa-bed. It has a nice view into our garden with an area with picknick-table for the guest. A free parking lot and a terrace also belongs to the apartment.

A beautiful condominium, built in 2010, on the top floor with a huge roof terrace from which you can see the Greifswald church towers is available for rent. The apartment is only an 8-minute walk from the train station, the university or the market square - so central, but still quiet, on a side street. You live completely alone on the roof level of the building - like in a penthouse. The elevator goes down to the floor below. A shared launderette is available. Parking space in the yard.

Es handelt sich um einen tierfreien Nichtraucherhaushalt. Daher sind Tiere leider nicht willkommen. In der Wohnung darf nicht geraucht werden.
