A beautiful view of the sea towards Djursland and Riis Skov. In the first row and with a clear view of the sea, and you often see training/yacht racing in the sea area just outside. There are quite a few meters to a refreshing sea bath at the bathing bridge in front of Lighthouse. The home has a modern look with walls in raw concrete and contains a toilet, kitchen and dining area on the lower level. On the first floor, there is a bathroom, a sleeping area with a double bed, and a sofa bed in the living room - which can be used for 2 people.

Upstairs: 1 bedroom with a single bed and a double bed. In the living room, there is the possibility of extra bedding with a view of the harbor basin and Ebeltoft Vig. Today, we still have cattle grazing and cultivated fields – so you can experience real country idyll. It is a wonderful place for families, couples and solo travelers who need peace and quiet. And then we have a cute cat who loves company.

We love having guests and have tried to create a nice and functional starting point for a nice stay in beautiful Djursland. There is not much luxury here, nor is there much space, but it is cozy and decent - and centrally located in relation to Djursland's many glories. For example, we have Djurs Sommerland, golf, fishing lake, playground and animal park almost in the backyard. Nice dogs are welcome (Note: stairs to the first floor). We have two nice dogs ourselves. Ferielejligheden, som er ideel til de feriegæster, der ønsker en ferie med både ro, nærvær og naturoplevelser lige uden for døren i Nationalpark Mols Bjerge. 500m fra stranden Indretningen i Beate er skabt som en varm og levende ramme med masser af personlighed. Der er lagt vægt på en farverig collage af skæve loppefund. Til lejligheden er der en lille gårdhave med spiseplads og parasol. I højsæsonen kan man lægge vejen forbi Ellens Have Café i dagtimerne, på den anden side af gårdspladsen.

Boligen på Fælledvejen 1B har alt, hvad en familie har brug for: en lys stue med sovesofa, soveværelse med dobbeltseng samt badeværelse og vaskemaskine. Udenfor venter området med pool, gode restauranter og indkøbsmuligheder lige i nærheden. Stranden ligger mindre end 10 minutters gang fra døren, og Djurs Sommerland er kun en kort køretur væk.

Vores hyggelige, ældre sommerhus emmer af charme og sjæl. Her kan I koble helt af og nyde ferien i rolige omgivelser med plads til nærvær og afslapning. Sommerhuset ligger kun en kort gåtur fra en af Danmarks bedste og mest børnevenlige sandstrande, hvor der er rig mulighed for badning, leg og lange gåture langs vandet. Den store, lukkede og ugenerte have er perfekt til både børn og hunde, som kan lege frit, mens de voksne nyder solen på terrassen eller en rolig stund med en kop kaffe.
