Villa holiday rentals in Gressan

Nous avions quelques difficultés avec la procédure d’enregistrement des identités, pour notre 1er voyage en Italie, et nous avions besoin de quelques indications sur la fin du séjour, mais Julian a été très réactif et tout s’est très bien déroulé. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié Torgnon qui nous a permis de voir et visiter de beaux endroits (le lac bleu ; Bard ; Pont-Bozet …) avec la chance d’avoir pu faire une belle randonnée au départ du village et de déguster de bons plats au délicieux et très accueillant restaurant « Jour et Nuit » du village !

Come gruppo di 7 persone, la scelta di questa casa è stata molto azzeccata :) Le host sono state molto flessibili con l’orario di check-in e molto accoglienti. Se dovessi ricapitare in zona ci tornerei

Siamo state tutto il mese di luglio,tutto come da aspettative, posizione ottimale per raggiungere qualsiasi destinazione, Marco sempre molto disponibile per qualsiasi informazione di cui avessimo bisogno, zona molto tranquilla e rilassante, quando torneremo in Valle sarà sicuramente la nostra scelta!!!!

Siamo stati una settimana ospiti in Villa, ed il tempo ha improvvisamente cominciato a rallentare. Fermi in una poesia. Eravamo 8 bipedi e 2 quadrupedi, e se parlassi il linguaggio dei cani giurerei che forse si siano divertiti moltissimo anche loro. Ognuno aveva i suoi spazi, i ragazzi hanno fatto loro la mansarda e la stanza dei sigari (noi l’abbiamo battezzata così), la piccola Viola e me abbiamo occupato la stanza del ricamo (nostra imputazione) per leggere e disegnare. Il giardino dei cani e dei 4 adulti per tornei di scala quaranta, pisolini, bagni di sole e griglia. La Villa di Elisabetta ha solo un grosso problema…quando ci vai, non vorresti mai più andare via. Elisabetta gentilissima, simpaticissima, come pure Angela (il burro e la sua toma hanno accresciuto il punteggio). Il nostro soggiorno è stato indimenticabile, ed oggi siamo tornati a casa in silenzio…ognuno con un pezzettino di cuore lasciato a Pialpetta.

Great stay at Nicolo’s place. We came to have a skiing holiday and to stay in a place with beautiful surroundings. We found it all in this place. A cozy, warm, private house on relative short walking distance from the lift to the ski resort, and a short (downhill) walk to the city center. It was also a great base to move around to other places in the area we wanted to visit. Conveniently with parking (indoor) on the premises. We would love to come back in the future!

We were a group of 11 friends trecking around the Italian Alps. the villa was very good for our needs: We had nice rooms for everyone, a big fully equipped kitchen, nice terrace, quiet area with fantastic view. We enjoyed our stay very much!

We had a wonderful stay in Vanda's house. We were four adults and a baby and there was plenty of room for everyone. Vanda supplied a crib with its linens, which meant we did not have to check a porta-crib with our luggage. Vanda encouraged us to make use of her large vegetable garden and we enjoyed her salad greens every day. The backyard is enormous and there were plenty of lawn chairs for relaxing. We were delighted to find a baby swing hanging from a tree branch. The location is perfect-two minutes walk from an alimentari and five minutes to the cafe, center of the village, and the playground. We look forward to staying in Vanda's home again!

A lovely house only a short walk to the funicular, shops and restaurants. Nicely furnished large rooms, a big dining table and everything you need in the kitchen (except a freezer).

Magnificent stay! After two weeks there (weeks of Xmas + NYE), we were incredibly sad to leave. Chris was super helpful and welcoming. The flat was exceptional: cozy, spacious, and well-equipped (particularly the kitchen), with easy access to the slopes (ski in/ski out). The shower in the master bedroom is amazing (it has a steam function). The WiFi is very fast. The view is beautiful. The ski bus is nearby. We would absolutely be delighted to stay here again.

Martina’s place was the perfect house for our three families (6 adults and 1 toddler). Plenty of room inside and outside for all of us. We visited in June so we were in a central location to visit places like Cogne, Lilaz and Mont Blanc as well as some of the castles in the area around Aosta. Martina was very helpful with the instructions to get to her place. Highly recommend.

Siamo stati da Nicole e Gabriele per un addio al nubilato. Direi esperienza super! Sono stati carinissimi e ci siamo trovati subito in sintonia, abbiamo cenato e pranzato insieme e ci siamo sentite a casa. Una casa con una storia, un vissuto e un’anima. Grazie di cuore

Eravamo un gruppo di 9 amici, tre uomini e sei donne tra i 35 e 60 anni, alla prima esperienza di convivenza e breve vacanza in appartamento. Siamo stati meravigliosamente bene. Le aspettative dell'alloggio sono state pienamente soddisfatte. L'accoglienza e la disponibilità dell'host Pierre e di suo padre sono state squisite. Che dire ... una esperienza che ripeteremo molto volentieri ... magari d'inverno così da godere di un paesaggio diverso ed avere modo di apprezzare ancora di più i servizi presenti nell'alloggio. Grazie di tutto.

Splendida villa con tutto il necessario per soddisfare ogni esigenza. Ottima posizione, facile da trovare e con una bellissima vista delle montagne circostanti. Comunicazione eccellente e proprietari sempre disponibili. Un'esperienza da ripetere sicuramente.

The best house in Nus and in Aosta. The house is completely new and super comfortable for couples, families and friends. The location is very good near Aosta and 2min from main road . In Nus there are few nice restaurants. Fulvio and his mother are very welcoming and friendly, great communicators and always available for questions. I would very recommend stay on Fulvio house.

We had a fantastic stay! Carol was a warm and kind host who communicated clearly and responded quickly to any questions, offering helpful suggestions that really enhanced our trip. The apartment is absolutely stunning — with large windows, a modern design, and stylish furnishings throughout. The views of the Aosta Valley are picturesque and can be enjoyed from every part of the property, making it a truly special place to stay. The location is also ideal: just 10 minutes from the main town of Aosta and close to many major attractions in the area. Highly recommend this beautiful property and Carol as a host!

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour chez Leonardo. Il a été très disponible et nous avons beaucoup apprécié de le rencontrer à notre arrivée ! La maison est fidèle aux photos, très confortable avec une vue magnifique. Petit point négatif pour le ménage qui pourrait être un peu plus poussé. Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir, sans aucune hésitation !

Soluzione splendida, appena fuori dal centro che si raggiunge a piedi in pochi minuti. Il giardino che circonda la villa è molto curato, grande e offre una bellissima vista sulla città. Se possibile, la villa è più bella rispetto alle fotografie. Stanze grandi e cucina super attrezzata. Siamo stati veramente bene, Beatrice ci ha accolti con molto calore ed estrema professionalità. Bellissimo lo spazio sala giochi...anche per i grandi!
