Il se situe à 150 mètres du funiculaire de Sunnegga (accès au domaine pour le ski et les randonnées) et à 800 mètres du centre-ville, des commerces et de la gare de Zermatt (8 minutes à pied).

There is everything you need. In the kitchen you will find the basics to prepare your meals in addition to the equipment. Salt, pepper, spices, oil, vinegar, flour, sugar etc......

In the winter season the ski resort is just 80 meters away from the flat and in summer there are the city center, the golf club and all the trails that you can imagine just behind the residence. The house has the private garage for your car or for your ski tools and a big balcony where you can see the mount Cervino.

La Colline: 3 min to Sunneggabahn (Studio)

The studio on the ground floor was newly furnished in 2016. It is quietly located on the east side of the house. For 1-2 persons. With kitchenette, shower/WC, east balcony. The house La Colline is located on the Riedweg. The lift to the Sunnegga cable car and the end of the valley run are a 2-minute walk away. Bahnhofstrasse is within 10 minutes walking distance, Bahnhof and Church within 15 minutes walking distance.
