Grand espace avec un séjour de 75 m2, 2 salles de bain, 2 toilettes, rooftop, grande terrasse de 120 m2, piscine, clim ,jacuzzi ( en option) et poulailler. Nous demandons aux locataires de nourrir nos chats et nos poules qui restent à l’extérieur. Nous sommes à 15 min de st Emilion ,35 min de Bordeaux 18 min de Libourne et 2 min de Branne où vous trouverez toutes les commodités.

The Villa is a fully renovated 275 m2 stone mansion. The ground floor consists of the kitchen, dining room, living room, bathroom and a cellar where a washing machine is at your disposal. 1st floor: Two bedrooms equipped with a 160 x 200 bed and storage (wardrobe, closet or dresser) and an office with a double bed and a TV. 2nd floor: A bedroom with a 160 x 200 bed and a bathroom with a bathtub and shower and a TV lounge with a large bed and a desk.

"Le clos d'Emilion" is located 5 minutes from the village of Saint Emilion and a few steps from the Dordogne.
