New and modern summerhouse with large wooden terrace located in a quiet area near Gilleleje town, only 900 meters from the beach. The house has a size of 100 m2 and has 4 beautiful bedrooms with 4 double beds with space for a total of 8 people. (Possibly 10 people if there are families with smaller children). There is also a travel bed with extra mattress for the very young children. There are 8 duvets and 8 pillows, 1 baby duvet and pillow, but you must bring your own bed linen, towels and dishcloths. The house has 2 nice bathrooms with shower, closet space and hair dryer. The focal point of the house is about 35m2 spacious kitchen/living room with a lovely functional kitchen with kitchen island and dining area as well as cozy sofa area with large comfortable sofa and TV (the TV is with Cromecast, i.e. there is no TV subscription or similar to the house) Here there is a guarantee of relaxation, coziness and good interaction. There is underfloor heating throughout the house, powered by an economical geothermal heating system. The house's fantastic layout makes the home ideal as a focal point for 2 families who want a wonderful holiday together. Outdoors you will find a large nice wooden terrace, which tracks all the way around the house (about 120m2). The terrace is partially covered with outdoor furniture and patio heaters that invite you to enjoy the holidays above. Here you will also find an outdoor shower ready to cool off in the summer heat or rinse off after a fresh dip by the beach. For the childish souls, there is also a trampoline, a swing, and a small playhouse in the garden. From the house it is only 3 km until Gilleleje city, which offers a rich commercial life with many exciting shops, cozy cafes, cinema and good restaurants.

Lovely year-round use annex, 32 sqm, with double bed, suitable for 2 prs. The annex is beautifully located in the 2nd row from the sea, with lovely demarcated private garden. We have 2 minutes to beautiful views of Kullen, the harbor and the coast, as well as a 7-minute walk to the beach with a bridge, and thus ample opportunity for a morning dip! Follow the Fyrstien towards old Gilleleje, or in the opposite direction towards Nakkehoved Lighthouse, from where there is a breathtaking view. It is possible to borrow men's and women's bike, with gear. Older models!

Large newly renovated guest house a five-minute walk from a lovely beach. Located in the middle of the port towns of Hornbæk and Gilleleje, both of which offer beautiful nature, business environment and dining. The house is located close to public transport and grocery store. The home was completely renovated in 2023 and consists of a living room with a wood-burning stove, kitchen, entrance hall, two bedrooms and a bathroom. The beach house is 5min walk from a beautiful private-entry beach and 15min walk to downtown Tisvilde and has a beautiful private garden. The house consist of two separate cottages connected via a roofed patio and a spacious 200sqm terrasse/bbq area ideal for any warm or colder night or day with an outdoor dining table for 14 persons. The big cottage (120sqm): 3 bedrooms 2 bathrooms kitchen, dining room and open living area. Cottage 2 (60sqm): 2 bedrooms 1 bathroom kitchen and living area.

The house is located in beautiful quiet natural surroundings down to Esrum Å. From the house there are views of the garden, river and fields. Next to the house is the main house where sometimes there can be someone. The house is nice with a nice kitchen and bathroom and everything a house should have. 10 min walk from lovely sandy beach. There is free access to kayaks, sup, firepit, bikes and fishing poles. New VILDMARKSBAD and ICE BATH are for a fee.

The Black Cottage + Orangery

Available from April 1. - October 31. The Black Cottage and orangery are parts of the historical place called Skippergaarden (Skipper´s Residence) Fabersvej 2c, in the old Gilleleje. Skipper´s Residence is built in 1797 with last remodeling done in 2003/4. The Black Cottage from 1892, when summer residents became popular. Last remodeling 2019/21. The orangery is from 2009. We have wi-fi and parking available.
