In this place, your family can stay close to everything, the location is central. The house is rich and charming. It is a short distance to the city center, beaches, the zoo and lots of playgrounds in the area. As well as groceries and great options on take-away. Straight out from the garden there is a football field and volleyball field and playground that can be used outside of school hours. Towels are included, washed the night before departure Bed linen costs an extra NOK 100 per person and should be taken off, but not washed.

Right by the Sunday open grocery store, bus stop and only 1 km to Vennesla city center with cozy pedestrian street, cafes and shops, playgrounds and beach path. Large parking space by the house. 25 minutes to Kristiansand city center with Aquarama, the city beach, the art silo, Kilden, the harbor where Color Line departs and the fishing pier. No smoking or parties.

New log house with stunning sea views

New barned log house with an amazing view over the entire boat rental from Homborøya in the east to Justøya to the west. Large and spacious house with great ceiling height in living room/kitchen. It's sunny from morning to evening, and plenty of opportunities to sit outside, or in the good chairs in front of the big windows. Here you can enjoy the stillness and tranquility and the wonderful views. There are no neighbors. It is a 500m walk to the sea. Possibilities for renting a rowboat. Great hiking areas.

You won't be disturbed by the other people staying in the house. The room with private bathroom contains a workplace, a bed of 140 cm, a guest bed and a TV. The riverside cabin home

This little gem is located right on the river Otra, 5 km from the city centre. The location is perfect whether you want city life or the rural feel. The path to the fields and the bus stop into the city are a stone's throw from the house. The property has a double garage and a private jetty. All amenities are a short drive/bike ride away. The house is recently renovated with a brand new bathroom, bedroom, kitchen and laundry room. The place has a very laid back and calm atmosphere.

Eneboligen is 10 minutes walk from the city center and 15 minutes by car to Sørlandsparken/Dyreparken. With the city's best views you can enjoy beautiful sunrises summer and winter. Enjoy a cold winter day in a finished heated outdoor jacuzzi, or in front of the fireplace (new in 2024). In the summer, the house has a large terrace, as well as a garden. The area is very children friendly with playground just below the house Hiking area just outside the door. Parkeing on farm.
