Overall good stay, good communication, Laurence is at your disposal and responsive, the only problem with the stairs to go up to the second floor a little steep for people of a certain age, a second ramp will be welcome. To visit the fort of Saint AGNES, I recommend the restaurant Le Saint YVES welcome and catering.

This was such a fabulous Airbnb experience ... I so appreciate Claidia Linda and Fabrizio and their responsiveness ... the apatment was so pretty, easy to find, nice places within walking distance, beach across the street and all amenities were in working order ... couldn't have asked for a better stay!!! ... Incredible view and large apartment space. Located on the edge of mention but only a short walk to the old town, lots of cosy cafes and restaurants within a few minutes walk. Kitchen amenities were perfect for some home cooking- so nice to have a dishwasher. We really could not believe our luck getting this apartment and view.

Great stay with one-of-a-kind hospitality! We stayed in the apartment for 12 nights and it really exceeded our expectations. Carlotta was just fantastic: from the first moment she gave us a warm welcome, gave us detailed check-in instructions and recommendations for restaurants, attractions and transportation in Monaco. Whenever we needed something he was immediately responsive, with a smile and solutions. The apartment itself is bright, elegantly decorated, and fully equipped – the photos do it justice! We enjoyed every morning our coffee on the balcony, overlooking the sea and the iconic towers of the city. The bed was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything we needed to cook, plus the extra touches (premium toiletries, coffee appliance, scented sticks, etc.) made us feel right at home. Very nice location, the house is quiet and beautiful, suitable for a holiday to slowly enjoy the surrounding beauty, the interior is fully equipped, clean, everything is just right, the owner replied in time, and recommended the use of various facilities around.The most surprising thing is that there are many delicious and scenic restaurants in the nearby ancient city. There are new expectations every day😚. It is highly recommended for self-driving travelers.

Absolutely recommended! I booked this apartment for my parents and their little dog. I have to say that they usually always have something that does not satisfy them, either because of the cleanliness or because something is missing, or because there may be some inconvenience... For the first time I felt my enthusiasts and super satisfied with a place, they told me that they felt at home and super pampered. There was everything and also a lot of attention to detail. The apartment was exactly as advertised, clean and well equipped. The location was perfect - very close to the beach, restaurants and shops for all provisions. The host was very responsive and even dropped off some goodies on our first morning! The apartment was very comfortable and there were lots of useful additions for the beach, such as towels, parasol, beach mat, chair and body board! We had a wonderful stay - thank you!

We had a wonderful week. We loved the peace and the lovely town of Tourrettes sur Loup. The shops are just a two minute walk from and we really enjoyed the little shops, the bakeries and the nice restaurants.

We had a wonderful time at Elena's AirBnB. Although the place is a little off the beaten path (2.3 km drive over a narrow road), that's what makes for its charm and charm. You live in the middle of nature and have a phenomenal view of the mountains. We were able to experience a lot with our two dogs during our week hiking holiday and had a great time.

The space was in a perfect location for us to walk around Old Town Nice and use as a central base for exploring the area. The condo was well stocked with supplies, cleaning and kitchen basics. The two patios were lovely to relax and have a coffee and enjoy the outdoor space. The area was very close to shops and markets, but very quiet at night. The condo had a helpful guide with local recommendations and tips. I would recommend the condo to anyone visiting Nice, unless they have mobility issues, as there are a number of stairs to get into the condo and within the condo itself, which were not an issue for us.

We stayed, with our group of friends, for a weekend in Olessia's house and we had a great time... the house located above the coast of Menton enjoys a breathtaking view... the rooms are well maintained and all air-conditioned... we took full advantage of the swimming pool overlooking the sea. The host was very welcoming and greeted us in person. We recommend everyone to try this apartment

We (family with three generations) enjoyed a great week at the magnificent villa Mas Mirabelle. A beautiful house with an amazing view. A big thank you to Marie & Dominique who were excellent and very caring hosts and made us feel very welcome.

This Airbnb is stunning, the pictures don’t do it justice. Every room has a balcony or court yard with beautiful views. It is so picturesque. The place was clean and we felt very safe, we really enjoyed our stay. Downstairs has a great living area to hang out as a group, with a great view. All rooms have a bathroom. It was the perfect stay! We felt so lucky to stay here! Helena was the perfect host, she was so responsive!!

The apartment was beautiful, with modern and high quality amenities. It had everything and more one may need for a comfortable stay. Laurie was super helpful and communicated very fast, answering all of my questions. It was a really great stay, i would definitely recommend it if you don‘t want to stay in the hustle and bustle of the Nice downtown.

We have just arrived back from having stayed at Peter’s apartment in Antibes. We ,as a family of four ,thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The apartment was spacious and light and even though you are in the centre it is very peaceful and quiet. The area and the apartment felt very safe and secure . Peter was there to greet us and answered any questions that we had. It was lovely having the little balcony and the extra loo. My highlight was having a fan as well as the air conditioning in each bedroom ,as l like a cold bedrooms. The apartment is well laid out and has all the appliances that you need and is well equipped. Thank you Peter for a wonderful stay.

Lovely apartment looking out over the trees and forest. Great terass that we used a lot. Apartment had everything we needed and it was well equipped. Easy instructions for the check in. The approach to the property is a bit difficult from the time but well worth it when you get there. Very quiet and nice neighbourhood. Thank you Christine 🙏

Marco's and Paola'a house is beautiful, well equipped, with spacious garden and we had amazing time. Paola is the most friendly and warm host you can imagine. The region is great too, with number of attractions to visit just a short ride away. The only lowlight for us was mosquitoes, even that I have taken some sprays nothing worked, only the over the beds nets, so my advise to start using them straight away as this traditional way against them. Other than that, it was a perfect stay and we would love to stay again, grazie mille :)

Jasmin's place was just perfect! wonderful location just a few steps from town. the view from the balcony is lovely. the place was very clean and beautifully decorated. and brian was a fabulous communicator with quick responses to any questions i had. i would highly recommend staying here!

The apartment and the large terrace are beautiful. We will remember the breakfasts on the terrace with this exceptional view overlooking the sea and the old town of Menton, the cry of the seagulls and the little sea breeze. You can leave the car safely in the villa's enclosed parking lot and discover the old town every day by improvising a walking route through a maze of alleys and stairs with crazy charm. In the evening, after a good restaurant in town (thanks to Michaelle's advice), we explore another route and, as we approach the villa, we are greeted by a real concert of frogs and toads in a valley below, then the calm of the villa with the lights in the distance on the Riviera. Staying in this villa in Menton is simply beautiful and the only regret is having to leave on the last day!

Jane's apartment is a real gem: it is quiet and yet very central (it is only a 2-minute walk to the beach), it is very modern and tastefully furnished and really fully equipped (air conditioning can be individually controlled for each room, electric shutters, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, an additional separate toilet, walk-in shower with rain shower head, cell phone charging station, washing machine...). In total there are 2 balconies - each of the rooms has its own access - and the large balcony is very suitable for breakfast or to enjoy a beautiful view of the gardens with a glass of wine. The Wi-Fi works perfectly and the TV also offers German channels streamed over the Internet in addition to Prime. Directly on the street is a very good ice cream parlor, around the corner a supermarket and several espresso bars! We made excursions to Cannes, Nice, Ventimiglia, Menton and Bussana Vecchia by car.
