Our exceptional and very spacious apartment (180 sqm) is located in a renovated attic in the heart of the old town. It offers plenty of space for 6 adults. The open ground floor with kitchen, living area, dining area, library, guest toilet and terrace invites you to relax. The upper floor houses 3 large bedrooms, one with an ensuite bathroom, as well as 1 additional bathroom. In two of the bedrooms, a baby crib or a folding bed for older children can be set up (€10/extra bed/night).

Dieses im September 2025 fertiggestellte Ferienhaus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage in Stralsund/Devin, unweit des Strelasunds. Ein kleiner Badestrand sowie der Kurpark mit Kurhaus(Restaurant) befinden sich nur wenige Gehminuten weit entfernt. Eine Bushaltestelle in unmittelbarer Nähe ermöglicht bequeme Ausflüge in die Altstadt von Stralsund. Südöstlich von Devin liegt das Naturschutzgebiet "Halbinsel Devin" und neu geschaffen wurde der Naherholungsraum Devin mit ca. 17km Wanderwegen.

For activities there is a beautiful large garden with a forest swing, free steam sauna, outdoor shower and tub, a standup paddle, a paddle boat and 4 bicycles.

Our house is spacious and sunny. We can easily accommodate 8 to 10 and at a pinch 11 guests. The house is suitable for people with disabilities. WiFi is available. Separately, we have built a new sauna with an additional double bed/relaxation room and en suite bathroom. In the garden (4000 sqm) lies a large swimming pool (14x5m)), which can be heated on request. The apartment is in a historic building. We modernized in 2002. It was renovated in 2016, preserving its character.

The cottage offers about 60 square meters of living space, space for a maximum of 4 people and is located in a quiet location overlooking the water tower. Our apartments have been completely rebuilt in traditional solid oak half-timbered construction and were completed in 2019. In the house there are two neighboring apartments with separate entrances.
