The summerhouse is located in the Bio-Reservat of Parsteinsee. On 35 sqm you find all animities for a perfect summer holiday! The plot is 657 sqm large and has 2 terraces and a garden shower. The lake of Parstein is in walking distance (5 Minutes). The living room could be converted into a bedroom with a double bed and a high bed for 2 kids. Bathroom (with toilet and rain-shower) and kitchen have been renovated in 2024. In a little guest house (9 sqm) max. 2 guest could sleep (very simple).

In our beautiful region you can hike for hours, ride a bike and enjoy nature. The nearby lake invites you to swim, fish or go boating.

There is a large living, dining and cooking area with a wood-burning stove, as well as two bedrooms and a bathroom. Both bedrooms have infrared heating. Each bedroom has a queen size bed (1.60).

Large (55 sqm) studio with three beds, kitchen and fireplace. Huge (4,000 sqm) garden, the Havel and infinite soundtracks for swimming or fishing in the immediate vicinity. Attention: This is not a party location.

Baker, shopping or restaurants are within walking distance. Bus stop in front of the door, nearby Berlin, other lakes in the vicinity Wifi is not available everywhere.
