New apartment by public pier and beach

Flekkerøy is about 20 min away from Kr.sand and 25 min to Dyreparken . We primarily want to rent out our apartments to families with children. No partying or anything like that. Nice apartment located next to a beautiful swimming area with a jetty and sandy beach for the little ones. Playgrounds and football field 5 min walking distance. On the island there are many unique pearls with great bathing places for big and small. Local cafe and ice cream kiosk, Kiwi shop just a short walk away. For those who like nature, hiking trails are within walking distance of the apartment.

Cottage by the sea, pier and amazing views

Newly refurbished cottage with private jetty and breathtaking views. The property has an address Marstrand and is located at Revesand on Tromøy in Arendal. The place has a fantastic view of Gjessøya, Mærdø, Havsøysund and Galtesund. In the evening one can see the light from the Torungen guy from the bed. There is a private jetty with a swimming ladder and plenty of space for many boats. The boathouse is well equipped, with rowboat, two kayaks, fishing equipment, life jackets etc. Pioneers 14 with 20 hp (2019 model) can be rented together with the cabin if desired.

Lovely Cabin in Sørlandet's best archipelago.

Lovely place in Sørlandet's best archipelago in Paulen on Flekkerøy (about 15 minutes from Kristiansand city center). Very good standard with bathroom/shower, TV, kitchen w/dishwasher, washing machine and everything you could want in a cabin. Sun from morning to evening. Private parking lot. Leisure boat with motor can follow along. Flekkerøy has lovely rocks, sandy beaches and great fishing opportunities. Here you will also find a shop, hiking trails, roller ski run and artificial grass courts. You can enjoy the sunrise, take a boat ride or swim from the dock.

Here there are good conditions for coziness and coziness for the whole family There are bathing possibilities from your own sandy beach and bathing jetty. This little gem is located right on the river Otra, 5 km from the city centre. The location is perfect whether you want city life or the rural feel. The path to the fields and the bus stop into the city are a stone's throw from the house. The property has a double garage and a private jetty. All amenities are a short drive/bike ride away. Idyllic cabin by the water with canoe and kayak.

Ønsker du en ferie på Sørlandet helt for deg selv i sommer er dette plassen. Det er ingen andre gjester på eiendommen. Boligen ved siden av hytten har ingen beboere ukene som er ledig. Hytten ligger nydelig til ved Nidelva 7km fra Arendal og 15km fra Grimstad. Nidelva har 3 utløp til sjøen hvor et renner ut ved Arendal sentrum og de to andre renner ut mot Torungen fyr. Det er lite bevegelse i elven om sommeren siden hytten ligger på havnivå.
