This unique home has its very own style that has emerged over the five years that we rebuilt the barn. High ceilings and plenty of space both inside and out. Everything is new and fresh. Perfect place for rest and recreation. It includes bikes, kayaks and DRINKS (2 of each) and the proximity to sports and outdoor activities is good. Cabin by Lake Vänern

Small cottage 30 sqm directly by Vänern with entrance room, living room that has a sofa bed for 2 people, kitchen and a small room with washbasin/ sink and shower. Wooden terrace directly at the cabin and about 15 meters from the lake. We also have a smaller cabin with 2 bunk beds thus sleeps 4 and a separate small house with incinerating toilet cinderella. Blueberry forest around, blueberries can be picked in season. Canoe access. We have wifi. The balcony has outdoor furniture. 4 km to Åmål with shops and restaurants.

Patios have the best south-west location, the lake is fish-rich and if you take a walk in the woods you will probably find both berries and mushrooms. Total relaxation is promised! In winter, you are close to the Åmål ski center and in just about 1 hour you can reach the Sunne Ski Center. Around Säffle you will find great grocery stores, Systembolaget, pharmacies, cafés etc.

Typisches Schwedenhaus in einzigartiger Lage auf einer einsamen Waldlichtung. Hier kann man ganz für sich sein! Morgens joggen gehen, dann runter zum See und baden. Danach mit dem Ruderboot rausfahren, um einen Barsch zu angeln, der abends über dem Feuer gebraten wird , das ist Schweden pur! Das Internet hat ein Geschwindigkeit von 300/300 Mbit! Die Geschwindigkeit ist mehr als ausreichend für Homeoffice. Es gibt einen Tv mit deutschen Programmen.
