Das abgeschlossene 2-4 Personen Appartement befindet sich im Dachgeschoß eines idyllisch gelegenen & geschmackvoll eingerichteten Einfamilienhauses in der Tiroler Gemeinde Zirl. Das hochwertig konzipierte Architektenhaus wurde vor 14 Jahren errichtet und verfügt über einen kleinen Garten mit eigenem Bereich für die Gäste. Das Appartment wird über einen gemeinsamen Eingang erreicht und besteht aus einem Wohnraum mit Küche und Essbereich, 1-2 Schlafräumen und einem Bad mit Dusche/Waschtrockner.

This stylish place can accommodate 2 adults. A separate kitchen allows you to cook independently. Located in the quiet area of Axams, ideal for peace seekers and nature lovers. In winter, the ski resort "Axamer Lizum" can be reached comfortably by ski bus or after a 15-minute drive. In summer, the area is popular especially among mountain lovers for short to longer hiking tours. The bus stop "Axams Apotheke" is 12 minutes away. Parking is €10 per day.

The apartment is centrally located in Zirl. In the vicinity there are many hiking and ski resorts. Both the train station and the bus stop are only about 10 minutes' walk away. The state capital Innsbruck can be reached in 20 minutes by bus and train and 15 minutes by car. Some grocery stores (MPreis, Spar, Hofer, Billa) as well as various restaurants (pizzeria, Chinese restaurant, etc.) are also nearby.

In the middle of a meadow with orchards, our vacation home is in a secluded location. The old part from the 16th century was formerly used as a granary. The large terrace is for the exclusive use of our guests. Garden furniture, deck chairs and a grill are provided.
