Fresh air in quiet forest environment

All on its own, at the edge of our property is our little cottage in a forest clearing. It's quiet and quiet. Only nature and at a distance from the bathrobe there is a warm swimming lake. The whole area is traversed by lovely walking paths and it is just under one km down to the bay. Herrbret, which we call the cottage, has a lovely deck in a sunny position in the front. Everything is fresh and newly built in the old-style but with modern standards and equipment. The cottage is intended as a nice relaxing oasis for two people in the vicinity of nature

The house by Betsede lake A comfortable and modern house on a lake property with access to a jetty, rowing boat and sauna house by the lake. Around the corner you have the water and nature. A fully equipped kitchen with utensils for cooking, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. On the terrace there is a barbecue together with a lovely outdoor furniture well shielded. Upstairs is the sleeping area together with toilet and shower. Roof window where you can see the trees in the morning. A place to enjoy, a place to start from and a place for vacation.

Cozy cottage near the waterfront on Värmdö

A charming little house built in 1924, one of Kolvik's first. A peaceful place with forest plot, wildlife, sea glimpse from both windows and terrace. Bathroom 200-300 meters from the house, both from dock and small beach. Peaceful but still with everything close. Takes 10 minutes to walk to the bus that takes you to the city in 30 minutes. There are also grocery stores and restaurants. Mölnvik shopping center is 10 minutes away by car. Small boat to hire and a bike can be borrowed to pedal up to the store and buy frulle!
