IL COLLE DI FALTUGNANO: immersed in an olive grove on a Tuscan hills and with an amazing view of the valley, the stone cottage has been remarkably recovered a few months ago, a caravanserai a few century ago. In a strategic position close to Florence is a good base for exploring Tuscany and be independent at the same time with supermarkets and restaurants just a few minutes away. Close to a farmhouse you can buy fresh local organic ingredients, such as bio vegetables, eggs or cheese.

Independent apartment in villa

1 km from the Rioveggio motorway exit, the apartment is part of the villa where I live with my family. Guests have independent access from the large terrace, without stairs. In the shared square, where there are 2 harmless dogs, you can park your car. Apartment for the exclusive use of guests. In summer, it's always cool, even without air conditioning. There is no kitchen, but there is a microwave, refrigerator, coffee machine (with coffee), kettle and dishes.
