Holiday rentals with breakfast in Grizzana Morandi

The hosts went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable and memorable. We missed our train stop, and they quickly arranged for us to be picked up at the next station. The fridge was stocked with essentials, as well as bread, pastries, and snacks. They even took us to the grocery store as we did not have a car. When we had concerns about the comfort of the mattresses in the second bedroom (as one of us has a bad back) they promptly went out and purchased 2 brand new mattresses!! Unbelievable customer service!! The villa was spotless and everything was in proper working order. The hosts were very responsive, quickly answering any questions. The setting is postcard perfect! Beautiful views from every angle! Exactly what we were looking for in a Tuscan getaway. Quiet, peaceful and serene - what more can you ask for?

Wonderful Family Living! The host, Elisa, was fantastic... He explained and sent us everything in time so that we could arrive without worries, the house was a dream and he even provided us with a small breakfast. The house is splendid, even better than in the photos. Everything is tidy and super clean. In addition, a plus of the house was the super-equipped kitchen. Very quiet and quiet area. Lorenzo was an exceptional host. Very attentive, thoughtful, and full of great local recommendations. He checked in regularly to ensure we had everything we needed. If I could rate this place 15/10, I would! We had a rental car, and the location couldn’t have been better, just a 10-minute drive to everything, with convenient parking right in front of the house. Plus, the garden was absolutely stunning

I had such a wonderful stay! Definitely a little jewel of an attic. Train station is a few steps away and easy to get to the central with a 10min train ride. Restaurants, stores and a park within mins of walking distance. Katia was quick to help providing recommendations and answering any questions. I recommend this space 10/10 and would definitely stay here again.

Caterina’s place was immaculate. She welcomed us and showed us how to use everything and chatted to us about the area. Stay well beyond our (already high!) expectations! Emanuela welcomed us in the best way and we immediately felt at home, her textbook hospitality really won us over. She was an impeccable host, always available and very kind. The accommodation is a splendid estate immersed in the greenery of the Tuscan countryside, perfect for those looking for an oasis of tranquility in contact with nature. The photos really don't do justice to the house, which is very spacious, and the beautiful garden.

On our trip to the Lazio region, we spent 2 nights in this beautiful accommodation. Valentina is a great host who welcomed us very warmly and runs her house with a lot of passion. I can agree with the other reviews, we had a wonderful holiday here. Jonny and Susanne are very warm, helpful hosts and have put a lot of heart and soul into the renovation of the old farmhouse. Our highlights: - High quality of the facility - Clean pool with perfect temperature for cooling off - Comfortable beds - Great view - Varied breakfast - Top outdoor kitchen - E-bikes with a lot of power, it was really fun They also had many insider tips for excursions and restaurants. It was an unforgettable holiday for us ☺️ In the evening the insects come, but the whole house has fly screens and outside there is an evaporator against mosquitoes, so you can sit outside without bites on the warm summer nights and watch the fireflies 🥰
