Countryside Country House Mazzetti Country House is the perfect place for those looking for a relaxing and refreshing vacation surrounded by nature. The house is located on a green hill, in a small village in the Tuscan-Emilian Apennines, a short walk to the fairytale Rocchetta castle, the lake park and the beautiful medieval villages. It is furnished in style and consists of three bedrooms, a living room, a large living room with open kitchen, two bathrooms and an outdoor porch and equipped with every comfort.

The house is near the path of the gods and the wool and silk roads. The 120 sqm house, consisting of a kitchen with dining room, bathroom, dining room, laundry room, 2 double bedrooms (with 4-door wardrobe), single bedroom (with 4-door wardrobe), laundry room and garden. Immersed in the green of the Emilian Tuscan Apennines, about 45 km from Bologna and Florence, with a breathtaking landscape and perfect for those who want to walk and get away from the weariness of the city.

A mill in the woods - cozy apartment in nature

Molinello is an ancient windmill surrounded by nature, ideal for those who love silence. It was entirely renovated to make it welcoming and functional, but preserving the original features that make it a special place. Next to the building flows the river that once operated the mills, which creates small waterfalls and tanks of clear and fresh water. It is less than 2 km from the Via degli Dei, and 25 minutes from the Rioveggio toll booth (the last km is on dirt road).

Self contained studio flat with own entrance. Double height, single volume space. Ideal for a couple or family with small children, or three single friends. Dining areas in garden and on sun terrace. Basic fee for up to 2 guests. Children under 2 years old who only need a travel cot stay for free but will be charged a fee to use the swimming pool. Please contact owner before your trip to learn your fee; it depends on length of trip and number of children.

Lovely loft in the heart of the Apennines

The "Locanda di Goethe" is a charming loft located in the historic center of Loiano, a small mountain village on the Futa State Road 65, the beautiful road that connects Bologna to Florence. The loft is housed in a historic building, the same one that Goethe mentioned in his "Italian Journey". The warm and enveloping style of the interiors, the exposed tub and the rocking chairs will make you live a unique and unforgettable experience.

Independent apartment in villa

1 km from the Rioveggio highway exit, the apartment is located inside the villa where I live with my family. Guest access is independent, from the large terrace, without stairs. You can park your car in the shared square, where there are 2 harmless dogs. Rooms and bathroom are for the exclusive use of guests. There is no full kitchen, but you will have a microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker (coffee included), kettle and necessary dishes.
