Cozy construction trailer to feel good, in the garden with pear and apple trees and with two ducks. Idyllic in all seasons. The lake is accessed from the garden gate, across the street and another 150 m..., then you are at the swimming lake, walk around the lake 1.5 km. Self-sufficient in the construction trailer. A self-catering kitchen and a separate bathroom are located in the annex, for your own use (not in the family's house). We (Gesa and Christoph with our two children) live in the house on the property.

Rooftop with own bathroom

The S-Bahn Station "Gröbenzell" is 5 Minutes by walking away and it takes 20 minutes to go to the inner city. I try to do my best to make my guests feel home and get in touch with our local sights, beer and culture. You'll have a kingsize bed for 2 persons (180cm x 230cm), one queensize bed (140cm x 230cm) for 2 persons and one more floor mattress (140cm x 230cm) for 2 persons to sleep. There are bakeries, supermarkets and restaurants in walking distance. The balcony is perfect for relaxing.

Nice studio / granny apartment near the train station

We offer our beautiful in-law in the attic of our renovated semi-detached house with garden. The in-law apartment with private bathroom (shower / toilet) and small fully equipped kitchenette has everything you need for a short stay. We live on the ground/upper floor ourselves, speak German, English, Russian, Turkish, and a little French. Small cottage in the countryside

Our small vacation home is located in the middle of our horse farm on which we also live ourselves. Here you can live idyllically in nature and still be conveniently located. Quiet walking paths directly from the farm invite you to stroll through nature. The proximity to Augsburg and Munich (each approx. 30 minutes by car) is ideal for city tours. The small cottage has a small kitchen and a bathroom with sauna. A car is an advantage.

There is a private entrance. A lot of light enters the room through the slope and a large window. There is no cooking.

The accommodation was so clean and nice! Unlike other European accommodations, it was a system where you take off your shoes before entering, so it was nice that the soles of your feet wouldn't get dirty. The kids are really babies, and they're so cute. There was no trash can in the room, and it was a little inconvenient to go to the kitchen past the living room to find a trash can, but I collected it and threw it away at once or used the bathroom trash can! The hosts are also kind. Haha. For reference, there is no elevator at the station closest to the accommodation!!!! Please note for those with heavy luggage!!

We were very satisfied and will come back on our next visit to Munich. Here you can feel at home, the apartment is very lovingly furnished. There is everything you need or could need. We really didn't miss anything. The landlords are very friendly. We found the transport connections to be very good. The Aubing S-Bahn station can be reached by car in just under 5 minutes (P & R facility),

I had a wonderful stay at Carstens. He was very kind and helpful. The space was clean and tidy and it's a 20 min walk to the train station. I highly recommend!
