From here there are many options, such as walking/cycling along the IJssel, a day trip to the beautiful Hanseatic city of Deventer, sauna Thermen Bussloo, Paleis het Loo in Apeldoorn or to the Veluwe. Unwind at this serene, secluded escape. Our Steel House, elevated on stilts, offers privacy and a rare connection with nature. Relax in the sauna for a peaceful retreat. At its highest point over the water, a sitting area with a 360º wood stove keeps you cozy. Enjoy movie nights with a beamer and speaker for extra entertainment. Outside, a spacious wooden deck with a sun lounger, outdoor dining table, BBQ, pizza oven, and a stunning lake view awaits. For dog owners: the property is fenced😊

Tucked away in a wild garden is this unique garden house, close to the historic center of Deventer. Sustainably built with recycled materials and tastefully decorated. Ideal for two people, with a sofa bed for a third person. The garden house has its own entrance and there is a lot of privacy. Through the oldest city park in the Netherlands, you cross the IJssel with the ferry and you are in the middle of the lively city center. Or walk around the corner into the floodplains.

De Kweepeer is a cozy space in the bakery that is located next to a farmhouse. It has all the comforts. Beemte Broekland is located in a rural area between Apeldoorn and Deventer. You like a vintage look and quiet environment, especially in the evening. The Veluwe and the IJssel are easy to visit, but cities like Zutphen and Zwolle are also easy to reach. You can park the car at the house, and on request, and we will provide a delicious breakfast for you. Come and stay!

Kick back and relax in our wellness guesthouse. Enjoy your private sauna and jacuzzi, to relax all day or after an active day of cycling, walking or shopping in the nearby towns of Deventer, Zutphen or Apeldoorn. Have a morning coffee with an unobstructed view of the fields, and maybe have the neighbour's cows greet you at the fence. At night, relax by the outside fireplace with a glass of wine. The lovingly furnished apartment MarWil is located in a two-family house in a central location, quietly located in a cul-de-sac. The large apartment (94 square meters) can accommodate 5 guests in two bedrooms and a large sofa bed in the living room. There are 2 separate entrances. The fully equipped kitchen offers a dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee maker, kettle, fridge and freezer. The fully covered terrace (30 sqm) is a special extra!

Welcome to our tiny house that is furnished for 4 people. The tiny house is located in a farming village with lots of nature, forest, heathland and IJssel in the area. Bring your bike or rent a bike in our village or put on your walking shoes to optimally enjoy the Veluwe. Or come and relax and unwind in our tiny house that is equipped with all conveniences.
