Chalet 2 independent apartments for nature lovers.

1 BEDROOM FOR 2 PEOPLE AND A SOFA-BED FOR 2 FOR EACH APARTMENT. If you love nature, if you want to go skiing, hiking, horse-riding or simply enjoy a haven of peace to recharge your batteries, our chalet is the place to be to break with your hectic daily routine. On a 2,000 square meter plot, your children will be able to play safely, you will be able to enjoy the Alps while relaxing on the terrace after having tasted products from local producers.

Large cozy 1 bedroom with us

Our T1 bis is located above our garage, attached to our house. The entrance is independent, without neighbors, with a parking space available. We are in Cruseilles, a small town with all amenities, halfway between Annecy (20 minutes) and Geneva (20-30 minutes) and 5 minutes from the highway entrance allowing you to easily travel the Savoie region. In the case of 2 guests sleeping in 2 separate beds, I ask for a surcharge of €10 on the stay.

You will enjoy our Villa and its garden with its heated swimming pool and a breathtaking view of the mountains that you will find in the 4 large bedrooms of the house (complete with 3 bathrooms and 3 WCs). You will enjoy having breakfast on the terrace with the sunrise over the Parmelan mountains. Our villa is located in the village of Argonay, 10’ from Annecy and its lake, 25’ from ski resorts such as La Clusaz as well as Geneva airport.

My accommodation is on the southern flank of Salève, 930 meters above sea level, between Annecy (25 km) and Geneva (25 km). 5-minute drive to all the shops in Cruseilles. You'll love my place for its calm and environment, close to nature, with exceptional views of the Alps and Mont Blanc. My place is good for couples or families (with kids), to rest or play sports (hiking, mountain biking, swimming, tree climbing), in summer and winter.
