A unique space of 64 m2 plus terrace and garden: Including: A 20 m2 studio with kitchenette, comfortable and practical sofa bed, rapido type, overlooking a 12 m2 terrace with panoramic views of the mountains and its Romantic garden. On the lower level, the 45 m2 spa area with Jacuzzi, sauna and large round bed for your nights in the magic of a plant decor, special care has been given to the materials including 2 basins cut from blocks of Carrara marble.

Large cozy 1 bedroom with us

Our T1 bis is located above our garage, attached to our house. The entrance is independent, without neighbors, with a parking space available. We are in Cruseilles, a small town with all amenities, halfway between Annecy (20 minutes) and Geneva (20-30 minutes) and 5 minutes from the highway entrance allowing you to easily travel the Savoie region. In the case of 2 guests sleeping in 2 separate beds, I ask for a surcharge of €10 on the stay.

Orienté sud, il bénéficie d'une belle lumière et d'une terrasse en bois pour profiter de la vue paisible sur les dents de Lanfon. Idéal pour un couple, ce petit nid douillet est parfait pour des vacances tout autant sportives que reposantes, à deux pas des commodités. Bien que situé à côté de notre maison, le gîte est entièrement indépendant et intime.

Domaine des moulins / The Tower and its Spa

The property is made up of two water mills whose first historical traces date back to 1728. The first mill, located in the tower, was once used to grind grain (wheat and rye). The second mill was used as a sawmill. Its wheel is still visible. You can walk around the 5000 m2 property. The place is bordered by two rivers the Morges (with a 7 meters waterfall in the forest) and the Usses. An ideal place for fishing and nature lovers.
