Ideally located between Annecy and Geneva, this studio will allow you to enjoy all the beautiful sites of the region, Lake Annecy, Parmelan Mountain, Glières Plateau, Aravis Pass, Chamonix, for water sports also the Dronières swimming pool open from June to September 10 minutes away, Vitam Parc... Large cozy 1 bedroom with us

Our T1 bis is located above our garage, attached to our house. The entrance is independent, without vis-à-vis, with a parking space available. We are in Cruseilles, a small town with all amenities, halfway between Annecy (20 minutes) and Geneva (20-30 minutes) and 5 minutes from the highway entrance allowing you to easily crisscross the Savoie territory. In case of 2 guests sleeping in 2 separate beds, I ask for a surcharge on the stay of 10€.

Petit chalet indépendant et cosy, niché entre le lac d'Annecy et les sommets des Aravis. Orienté sud, il bénéficie d'une belle lumière et d'une terrasse en bois pour profiter de la vue paisible sur les dents de Lanfon. Idéal pour un couple, ce petit nid douillet est parfait pour des vacances tout autant sportives que reposantes, à deux pas des commodités. Bien que situé à côté de notre maison, le gîte est entièrement indépendant et intime.

Domaine des moulins / The Tower and its Spa

The property is made up of two water mills whose first historical traces date back to 1728. The first mill, located in the tower, was once used to grind grain (wheat and rye). The second mill was used as a sawmill. Its wheel is still visible. You can walk around the 5000 m2 property. The place is bordered by two rivers the Morges (with a 7 meters waterfall in the forest) and the Usses. An ideal place for fishing and nature lovers.
