The studio

Studio in the heart of Port Lay, built in 2023. It is located 15 minutes from Port Tudy and 5 minutes from the village of the island, where you will find all amenities. The small port at the bottom of the house is only a two-minute walk away and will allow you to go swimming at the end of the day. It is ideal for a couple (possibility to come with a baby). This accommodation is adjoining ours, but you have your private entrance as well as an enclosed garden that is not overlooked.

Nice cottage in the heart of the village. It is adjoining my house but you will be completely independent. The terrace is private and reserved for you. From the house you can do everything on foot. The port is a 10-minute walk away. At your disposal is a large living space of 30 m2 downstairs with a bathroom. Upstairs is a triple bedroom. A 160 double bed and a single bed. A large hanging net will welcome you for your naps or to put your children to sleep like in a hammock.

A small stone house in the old village of Kerzellec on the Chemin des Peintres. Everything is designed to help you relax in peace between the waves 500 meters away at the end of the road and the birdsong. You will be charmed by this old 18th century bread oven, completely restored for a stay in the heart of Pouldu where everything is done on foot: (in season) bakery, restaurants, bars, grocery store, all surrounded by six beaches, each as charming and different from each other.

It includes 1 living room, 1 equipped kitchen, 1 bathroom with shower, 3 bedrooms with double beds, an attic (converted into a games room or reading room) and a courtyard where you can relax. La petite maison du bourg welcomes you all year round on the island of Groix. The nearest beach is 10 minutes away. You will have a fireplace for your beautiful winter evenings or a barbecue for the sweet summer evenings. Discover the authentic charm of a small outhouse attached to our family home, a former shipowner's house. It is independent and ideally located in the heart of the village with its beams, wooden staircase and vintage charm. Jardin Blanc – because that's its name – is enclosed by a wall made of old stones, with direct access to the garden that we share (each on our side), a private terrace, an outdoor shower, and a cabin overlooking the old walnut tree.

Notre maison groisillonne en pierres exposée sud vous accueillera avec tout son confort et sa grande terrasse. Vous n'aurez qu'à descendre la rue pour arriver à la petite plage de Locmaria, joli village du sud de l'ile. Vous pourrez rejoindre les sentiers côtiers de part et d'autre du village pour des balades ou randonnées , vous rendre à la splendide plage des Grands Sables ou profiter du marché et des commerces au bourg principal ( à 10mn à vélo ).

Ici, le temps ralentit. Face à l’océan, la maison s’ouvre sur l’océan (visible depuis toutes les pièces). Pensée comme un refuge, elle invite à vivre simplement — entre dedans et dehors, entre confort et nature. Parfait endroit pour profiter de l'île été comme hiver (plage et sentier côtier à proximité de la maison). Enfants -10 ans non acceptés pour des raisons de sécurité (escalier sans garde corps).
