Baltic Sea. Grömitz. Hansehaus 9 Right in the heart of Grömitz is the beautiful new holiday home "Hansehaus" with the very modern apartment 9. A parking space is of course reserved in the immediate vicinity of the house entrance. A separate storage room for your bike is located in the basement, which is accessible via the internal staircase. When planning and furnishing the apartment, emphasis was placed on every detail, no matter how small. Every holiday guest should feel at home here

Upper Beach - balcony, right in the center, close to the beach

Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Pier 2: 200m to the sea, Terrace, Sauna, Fireplace (ground floor)

PIERSIDE – Your seaside retreat in Haffkrug (Scharbeutz): Just 200 m from the beach promenade, our designer holiday home consists of only four exclusive units. You’ll find charming cafés, inviting restaurants, and a variety of shops nearby. A bakery is located directly across from the apartments. Only a 10-minute walk away is a beach bar right on Haffkrug’s sandy shore. A great place for couples, families & friends who love a high-quality and cozy interior.

Small time-out Grömitz

Welcome to our unique place! Enjoy the charm of the Baltic Sea in our cozy apartment. The beach is about 300 m away. Here you can relax, swim and unwind. The promenade also invites you to take a nice walk. You will find the perfect starting point for relaxing days here. Enjoy your free time on the terrace with a barbecue and relax on the comfortable garden furniture. In addition, there is a 3.50 euro per day/person tourist tax.

Maritime room near the beach with private bathroom

We rent our small but fine guest room. It has a separate entrance. The door lock is of course lockable. The room includes a new renovated bathroom & a beautiful sun terrace. In the room there is also a small refrigerator. The room is very close to the Baltic Sea. For the stay in Dahme, a tourist tax of €3.50/€2 per person (depending on the season) is charged per day. The visitor's tax is booked separately online in advance.

Country cottage near the Baltic Sea

Nestled in the heart of Ostholstein - in Lensahn - is our "Old Doctor's House." Our approx. 70 m², cozy apartment "Country Cottage" is located on the 1st floor and impresses with an elegant antique style. The highlights of this apartment are the dressing room and a fireplace. Beach house - Spacious and modern!

Welcome to the Baltic Sea! This apartment is the entire lower floor of a detached house. Here you will find everything you need for a nice vacation. The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.

This approx. 105 sqm large and modern furnished bright and friendly apartment on the ground floor, with combined living, sleeping and dining area, completely renovated in 2023, convinces with an open kitchen, a tiled stove, a 20 sqm south terrace as well as stylish and loving furnishings and can accommodate up to 5 people. The apartment comprises the entire first floor of the house.

Kick back and relax in our small but stylish space. The 20 sqm apartment is only 100 m from the beach and the promenade with many restaurants, shops, bars and other locations. The residential building is located behind the aja Hotel Grömitz. Grömitzer Welle (adventure pool) is 50 m away.

The 1-bedroom apartment is located just 400 m from Grömitz beach & promenade. The pedestrian zone and shops for everyday needs are within walking distance. Since it is only one room, we recommend the apartment for a maximum of two adults and one child or very good friends :)
