Our new apartment "Upper Beach" is located on the 2nd floor, easily accessible via an elevator. You have a separate bedroom, kitchen and a large living room with sofa bed and sunny balcony. The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

Our vehicle is parked in the reserved parking space, right outside the front door. A lockable basement room is available for bicycles or sports equipment. Welcome to our unique place! Enjoy the charm of the Baltic Sea in our cozy apartment. The beach is about 300 m away. Here you can relax, swim and unwind. The promenade also invites you to take a nice walk. You will find the perfect starting point for relaxing days here. Enjoy your free time on the terrace with a barbecue and relax on the comfortable garden furniture. In addition, there is a 3.50 euro per day/person tourist tax.

Maritime room near the beach with private bathroom

We rent our small but fine guest room. It has a separate entrance. The door lock is of course lockable. The room includes a new renovated bathroom & a beautiful sun terrace. In the room there is also a small refrigerator. The room is very close to the Baltic Sea. For the stay in Dahme, a tourist tax of €3.50/€2 per person (depending on the season) is charged per day. The visitor's tax is booked separately online in advance.

Country cottage near the Baltic Sea

Nestled in the heart of Ostholstein - in Lensahn - is our "Old Doctor's House." Our approx. 70 m², cozy apartment "Country Cottage" is located on the 1st floor and impresses with an elegant antique style. The highlights of this apartment are the dressing room and a fireplace. Beach house - Spacious and modern!

Welcome to the Baltic Sea! This apartment is the entire lower floor of a detached house. Here you will find everything you need for a nice vacation. The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.
