Kid-friendly holiday rentals in Groslay

This is the second time we have stayed in this little corner of paradise... and it will not be the last! The chalet is still so well arranged and super well equipped, you immediately feel at home. The spa is a real treat, perfect for disconnecting and relaxing in the middle of nature. The place is incredibly peaceful, ideal for a real break. And what about the host? Always so kind, accommodating and ultra responsive. A big thank you again, everything was perfect! 😊

Kaltrina's place was great to stay in. Close to public transport, and the night bus. There is an Aldi and Bakery near by. The area appeared a little off the beaten path, it was very local with few tourists around, which added to the local feel of the place. Highly recommend!

It's hard to judge the neighborhood. We arrived at 11:00 p.m. and left at 7:30 a.m. We forgot a jacket in the accommodation and the owner very kindly offered us several solutions to get it back. Sweet ....

Staying at Riad’s home was an absolute highlight of our trip! The house is perfectly located, nestled in a quiet area but just steps away from shops, restaurants, and with incredibly easy access to everything we wanted to explore in Paris and the Seine !! The views are breathtaking, and the home itself is both elegant and cozy : beautifully designed, spotless, and filled with thoughtful touches that made our stay so comfortable. Riad, thank you for sharing your wonderful home with us, we truly felt like locals in a dream setting. We can’t wait to come back!

The house is very welcoming and spacious, especially the office and the bedrooms. 1 table and 6 chairs in the dining room and the same in the garden, leaving the possibility of eating outside without constraint. The positive points: 2 of the rooms offer a very convenient adjoining room. All the necessary products were available (washing-up liquid, dishwasher tablets, paper towels, tea towels, etc.) and the kitchen is well-equipped (including 3 coffee machines!). The TV benefits from the channels of a box. The presence of 2 toilets is a plus and the garden is very pleasant. Lionel was very available and responsive. Less positive points: The stairs creak but do not disturb sleep (even for light sleepers like me) and an organization is necessary for showers with only one bathroom for 6. These small details did not spoil the stay and the house was very much appreciated by everyone! I would recommned this property.

Thanks to Iteb for hosting us. The accommodation is spacious, clean, comfortable and ultra-connected. The pool and spa location is simply awesome, with a screen and projector to watch a movie with your feet in the water. And all 100% private. In short, this accommodation is a rare gem, we will return with great pleasure 😁

Excellent stay (we came for a concert at the France stage) . TOP location level for such an event. And easy access to Paris , via bus , RER and metro . Recommended +++

Perfect location for us as we were here for the beginning of Paris Air Show at Le Bourget. So the 10 mins drive from the airport to this clean, nice and handy location was what was needed. It was clean spacious and comfortable. We will definitely be back in 2027 for the next show.

Very welcoming host, perfect accommodation, don't hesitate

We stayed a month with my partner and it is the ideal place to be in Paris for as long as you want, there are 2 metro stations that take you to the center in 15 minutes, markets and entertainment. The stores around are cheap and Delphine is always close by for whatever you need.

Apartment as in the photos! The accommodation is really nice and warm for a couple! We had a lovely stay! Thank you to Pathan for his kindness and responsiveness, we will be back!🔥

Jonathan is an amazing and kind host. This space is in good location, not too far from Paris. It was perfect for me during my solo travels. It was also very peaceful and quiet. The washing machine was a bonus. I would stay here again.

David and Sonia’s place was great! The location is perfect—the train station is right across from the apartment and can get you to all the main points of interest in Paris in an hour or less. There’s also a grocery store and plenty of restaurants nearby. The place was clean and smelled great when we arrived. They also provide free tea bags and coffee pods, which was a nice touch. One of the most underrated features for me was the shower pressure—it was amazing! The apartment felt very safe and comfortable. Check-in was smooth and easy, and David and Sonia were responsive and friendly hosts. Overall, it’s a fantastic place to stay. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it!

Accommodation as advertised Very well located close to Paris Center. Peaceful, quiet and pleasant neighborhood. Very quiet private residence and well soundproofed apartment. This accommodation matches the photos on the site. It is easy to access and not very far from the train station. I recommend it.

Iris & Stephane are very communicative and helpful hosts. The apartment is like walking onto a movie set - a real experience! It is more spacious than expected, with gorgeous views of the park and in a great location - walking distance to many bistros, wine bars, shops, etc. The kitchen is well appointed and Iris & Stephane provided some lovely flowers, fresh fruit and champagne on arrival. There is a beautiful claw foot tub and basin in the bedroom, which makes up for the small boat style shower/toilet. My husband and I had a lovely stay and would happily stay again. Thank you Iris & Stephane!

Beautiful private apartment. Cozy. 8 minutes walk to metro station. Stephane was very responsive. He made sure I was okay. Definitely coming back.

Very good stay in a slightly noisy apartment (but this is often the case in Paris). Only downside: the shower probably needs to be renovated. Very easy communication and spacious accommodation. Close to the metro.

Airbnb great, very clean and the hostess very kind and responds quickly. She was at our disposal throughout our stay. I would recommend it 100%

The location was so perfect. Beautiful view of the Effiel tower. Close to the metro, easy access for taxis and a bus stop out front. However the home is also walkable to many key points in the city as well. The home decor is so chic and the space comes equipped with all you need to be comfortable. The beds are comfy. The shower is hot ….or cold if that’s your vibe. Having a washing machine was excellent. The refrigerator allowed us to savor leftovers as desired. There is plenty of space to unpack and store your clothes and luggage in the master closet. The towels were thick and comforting especially when we used the heating rack (for towels) Nicolas gave many recommendations which were appreciated. I loved the coffee shop one door down and had a cappuccino daily! Remember your magnetic key fob! Your arrival entry instructions are slightly different than the next day entry instructions. It is very secure and easy to find. Good facilities and a shopping mall with easy parking opposite. A lovely bakery and pizzeria nearby too. Really lovely hosts and even if the lift isn’t working you can use the stairs in the premises itself.
