Elsbeer Chalet

Thanks to the large windows, all rooms are very bright. Special attention has been paid to the high-quality furnishings. Among other things, you will find a kitchen and a dining table with armchairs made of solid Elsbeer wood. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the chalet, but it can also be switched off on request. The permanently installed air conditioner not only cools and heats, it also cleans the air of various bacteria and thus creates a clean living environment. If requested, we can provide a crib.

This is country house retreat is just 2 hrs drive from Vienna and perfect for a large family or group of friends. Located in the Waldviertel area, this country house is nestled in the Austrian countryside surrounded by forest and the great outdoors with a outdoor barrel sauna for 6 people. The nearest swimming lakes 15 min drive and ski village just 6 mins drive away. Spacious 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom house is great for exploring the nearby lakes, ski resorts, wineries, restaurants and hikes.

Modřínový mini domek je vybaven luxusní matrací s mušelínovým povlečením, minikuchyňkou, splachovací toaletou a repasovanou vintage vanou na nožičkách. Na terase najdete sezení s pohovkou, křeslem a houpací sítí. Grilovat můžete ve venkovní kuchyňce na elektro grilu. Kapradí je jedním ze tří minidomků v naší lesní oáze. Jsme na okraji města a přitom hned vedle lesa. O snídani je postaráno, v ledničce budou dobroty od místních pěstitelů a farem. Rádi poradíme tipy na procházky i jídlo.

Our cottage

Naše chata je místem pro každého, kdo rád čerpá energii v přírodě - ať už v páru nebo v poklidné společnosti přátel a rodiny. Najdete ji v dubovo-borovicovém lese poblíž Borovan na jihu Čech v krásné přírodě nedaleko od Novohradských hor. I když to tak na první pohled nemusí vypadat, v okolí jsou sousedé, na které ale od chaty není vidět. Vychutnejte si posezení u praskajícího krbu s knihou a šálkem čaje nebo snídani na terase. V chatě není wifi, užijte si tak čas strávený opravdu spolu.

The immediate vicinity to Rosenburg and Burg Gars is ideal for guests who would like to combine their stay with a visit or work on the rich art and cultural events, e.g. the Burg Gars opera. A few minutes from the house, charming wine taverns invite you to enjoy regional wines and specialties. Cycling and hiking trails start right at the door!

Ideal getaway cabin Feel yourself and nature. In the vicinity are the 3 Lunzer lakes, the Ötscher-Tormäuer Nature Park and beautiful mountain and hiking routes! Cycling enthusiasts will particularly like the Ybbs Valley cycle path. With canyoning, rafting and Flying Fox, adventure seekers are not left wanting. In the surrounding restaurants, inns and taverns you will be spoiled with culinary delights. Access to the cabin is possible by car via a gravel road.

Enjoy the magnificent views from the vineyards to the Danube. The apartment (approx. 40 m²), built with a lot of love, is located in the quiet, historic old town center and is equipped with underfloor heating, a bathroom/toilet and a kitchenette. Local suppliers, rustic wine taverns and hiking or Bike paths are very close by.

Our vacation home is located in a small village in the beautiful Waldviertel highlands, approx. 1.5 hours by car from Vienna. In the surrounding area, there are extensive meadows and forests. The lovingly designed stone house offers modern comfort and a cozy ambiance. In the region there is a lot to discover all year round. The place is great for couples, families and small groups. The Imbach tree house can comfortably accommodate two people. Two more people can sleep on the sofa bed. Relax in a quiet and friendly environment. The cozy apartment is located in the former Eichinger inn. A large garden invites you to linger. The stream next to it tempts you to explore. In the small village of Kirchbach there are two grocery stores, one of which is a really original general store. There is also an inn, a graphic museum, a pond, a church, a board museum and a ski lift.
