Whether for seasonal workers, vacationers or city travelers, our granny apartment in a quiet & central location can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The apartment has a separate entrance. The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. Not only two-legged friends but also four-legged friends are welcome here.

The large bedroom has 1 double bed and 1 lounger that can be folded out to the double bed. The small bedroom has 2 single beds that can be joined to create a double bed. 1 bathroom with tub, shower and toilet as well as 1 separate toilet. The garden is huge, with unobstructed views of the vast countryside.

Ich habe das Gutshaus in Kobrow im Jahr 2011 unter dem Aspekt erworben, ein kleines Stück Kulturgut unseres Landes zu beleben und dadurch auch zu erhalten. The accommodation is a small (~35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which can be reached via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well behaved dog up to knee height can be brought, please request before booking with indication of the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goat, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Dachs" can also be booked.
