The small guest apartment in the The ground floor of our single-family home is in a prime location in Stralsund with a view of the Strelasund and the island of Rügen and direct access to the Baltic Sea coastal cycle path. It is a one-room apartment with a bathroom and a kitchenette, including a dishwasher and a fully automatic coffee machine. The apartment is comfortably furnished and spacious thanks to the cabinet bed, which can be folded up during the day. A baby crib is provided upon request.

This "penthouse" apartment is located in one of the prettiest corners of the old city center of the historic Hanse city of Stralsund (and UNESCO World Heritage site). It stretches over the two top floors just under the red-tile-covered roof of a house built sometime around 1760 over foundations from 1300. Whether for seasonal workers, vacationers or city travelers, our granny apartment in a quiet & central location can accommodate a maximum of 4 people. The apartment has a separate entrance. The city center is about 2.1 km away, and shopping for everyday needs is very close. For children, there are several playgrounds nearby and the connection to the island of Rügen is also very conveniently located. Not only two-legged friends but also four-legged friends are welcome here.

Our vacation home is located in the Vorpommersche Boddenlandschaft National Park on the Kubitzer Bodden. From the bedroom you can look out over the water and enjoy the tranquility and the rustling of the trees. The bike trail on the edge of the estate park leads directly past the vacation home estate. The region is known for its crane migration and resting places with numerous viewing platforms. A new vacation home with fireplace, sauna and underfloor heating awaits you.

Cozy semi-detached house "Hase" Ummanz / Rügen

The space is a small (~35 sqm) cozy semi-detached house on the idyllic island of Ummanz, which is accessible via Rügen. We recommend arriving by car. A well-behaved dog up to knee height can be brought along, please request before booking, stating the breed. The house is located on a lovingly designed property with a barbecue area, play facilities for children and animals (ponies, goats, rabbits). The 2nd semi-detached house "Dachs" can also be booked.

The apartment "UtTied" is located in the main building on a spacious, private garden plot with pond. Relax on your terrace or start at Mecklenburg – Western Pomerania's most popular attractions. We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.
