From the apartment to the nearest swimming facility in Lake Schwerin, it takes 3 minutes on foot... to the castle you can reach on a beautiful shore path in 20 minutes and the city center is not much further. The neighborhood is quiet and beautiful... there is a small forest within a 3-minute walk. The apartment is cozy and spacious (120 square meters)... there is also a second toilet (not pictured).You have a terrace and can barbecue in the garden. Heating/hot water are guaranteed.

Fully renovated apartment (75 m²) in a historic house (former barracks from the 18th century) with several residential units directly on the city wall overlooking Lake Neuruppin. The two-room apartment is located on the upper floor (a staircase) and consists of a large living area about 50 m² with American kitchen, small bedroom with double bed, bathroom tiled with tub and separate shower and underfloor heating. A small garage serves as a parking space at the house.

The 45m² apartment sleeps three comfortably, the two front rooms have windows overlooking the river, and the entire apartment is decorated with original artwork, including handmade quilts and hand-knotted rugs. Für exzessive Partys ist unser Hof leider nicht geeignet. Unser Haus wurde ca. 1850 erbaut. Wohnhaus & Scheune des denkmalgeschützten 3-Seiten-Hofs sind im Eichen-Fachwerk errichtet. Um das Haus stehen 10 Hochzeitslinden. Im November, wenn die Linden zurückgeschnitten sind, ist das Haus in seiner ganzen Pracht zu sehen. Ab Mai verschwindet es dann langsam hinter schattenspendendem Blätterwerk, und bleibt so den ganzen Sommer über herrlich kühl...

Relax in this natural, special and quiet place to stay. In the stylish studio above the workshop, you can enjoy the tranquility and develop your creativity on the weekend. There is plenty of space to paint and model. The large skylights provide plenty of light during the day, and at night you can see the Milky Way from the sofa bed. In the kitchenette you can prepare a small meal. The underfloor heating in the bathroom makes the stay comfortable.

The furnishings are comfortable with a well-equipped kitchen. You have a small enclosed garden. You could also camp there. Everything Brandenburg has to offer is right outside the front door. Bed and breakfast by arrangement. Rental car possible. Bicycle rental possible.

You have your own garden area, a terrace by the house and direct access to our spacious lounge, where you can retreat. Unfortunately, the accommodation is NOT suitable for a stay with children!

Unser EFH liegt am südwestlichen Rand der Kernstadt in Seenähe mit Bademöglichkeiten. Zur Autobahn 24 sind es etwa 5km. Der Bus (Stadtlinie) hält wochentags über alle 20min in ca. 200m Entfernung. Im Wohngebiet gibt es kein lautes Gewerbe. Das Radwegenetz ist gut ausgebaut und eine Speisegaststätte liegt fußläufig in ca. 250m.
