Es gibt eine private Treppe zum See, so dass ihr direkt vor der Tür im See schwimmen oder Stand-up paddeln könnt. Abends genießt ihr den Sonnenuntergang über dem See in eurem nicht einsehbaren 400qm-Garten auf der Sonnenliege oder am Grill. Zu den Stränden der Lübecker Bucht (Scharbeutz, Timmendorf, Haffkrug...) sind es nur ca. 5 Min. mit dem Auto oder ca. 10 Min. mit dem Rad.

The house is located right in the center of Timmendorfer Strand. If you want to live so centrally, you sometimes have to expect some hustle and bustle and noise in the high season. Restaurants, cafes and numerous shopping are within walking distance. The beach is about 150 meters away.

"Goldmädchen - Honeymoon Suite" A luxury-class beach villa welcomes you on the first sea line. The 125-year-old villa "Goldmädchen" was faithfully renovated in 2021. The result is four spacious, modern and exclusively equipped apartments. Enjoy the view over the Bay of Lübeck from the rooftop terrace of the Goldmädchen. The apartment has two bedrooms, a living/dining area with kitchen island, a bathroom, a sauna and a large roof terrace facing the sea.

The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.
