Gorgeous Suite in the Center of Berlin

This large private 2-room guest suite (68 sqm / 732 sq ft) is located in an independent wing of our apartment, dedicated specifically to our guests and family members staying over at our place. It is completely independent and very private, located on the first floor, facing the calm and charming inner garden of a new construction condominium building with floor to ceiling french windows and luxurious indoor and outdoor finishings. A private elevator leads directly into the apartment, where a separate door opens directly into your private suite area. The space features elegant heartwood floors with central heating, a sleek, luxurious and modern bathroom with rain shower and separate bathtub, as well as a fully equipped modern high-end kitchen. The living spaces are elegantly furnished with lots of love to small details. The bedroom features a king size (180x200cm) luxurious and very comfortable boxspring bed, where good night's sleep is guaranteed! All rooms of the suite face calm idyllic gardens, that will make you forget that you're actually staying in the city center. Guests have access to a 49 inch TV with Amazon FireTV Stick and complimentary entertainment: International TV, Netflix & Amazon PrimeVideo. Every guest finds at his arrival a breakfast set containing coffee, tea, Nesquik, jam, honey, Nutella, cornflakes, as well as a fridge filled with fresh milk, juice, butter, cheese and salami. Croissants and mini baguettes are in the freezer and ready to be baked in the oven. You will also find cooking essentials as olive oil, aceto balsamico, salt and pepper. One of us is always available online. In case you need any kind of help, please don't hesitate to let us know and feel free to contact us. We'll be happy to help! Located in the historic city center, this charming neighborhood is walking distance from superb restaurants and shopping as well as iconic locations like the Alexanderplatz, Checkpoint Charlie, and opera houses. U2 subway station is located in front of the building entrance. S-Bahnhof Alexanderplatz is within 2 min walking distance. If you need to do your laundry please let us know one day before your arrival . We'll gladly do the laundry for you, but we need to organize it, as the washing machine is located in our part of the apartment. You'll find a laundry bag in the bedroom's closet. The full service costs 20€ (to be paid cash upon arrival).

We were at Margot and Knut's for a weekend. We were warmly welcomed, received a bottle of wine as a guest gift and many useful tips about the area. Breakfasts and dinners on the terrace overlooking the forest and bird chirping are wonderful, Margot's garden is a small oasis, and the bathing lake is within walking distance. We'll be back!

Hello! I am totally thrilled with our weekend on the houseboat! It was just gorgeous! The cleanliness was top-notch, everything was tidy and well-maintained. We felt at home, but with the added bonus of being on the water. The atmosphere was super relaxed and we just felt comfortable. We had a great time together and the houseboat just made everything possible. The location was also perfect, we had a breathtaking view and could enjoy nature to the fullest. I can absolutely recommend the houseboat! If you also want to spend a weekend on the water, you've come to the right place. We will definitely be back! 5 stars and a big praise to the owners!

Absolutely recommended! A really beautiful place to relax and unwind!!! Juliet's place really offers everything you need for a nice and relaxing time. The apartment is furnished with a lot of love for detail, the surroundings invite you to walk and hike in nature. Our dog especially loved the spacious and fenced garden and didn't want to leave. We will definitely be back ! Thank you.

where should I start....it was a perfect relaxing vacation from the beginning to the end:) super friendly and helpful hosts( Norbert & Maria) who were constantly there to help! The location of the property is quietly somewhat secluded in a forest on the outskirts of Prenden.. absolutely perfect for us! No traffic noise and no vacation crowds! otherwise great scenery with pine/deciduous forests , countless lakes and idyllic villages around it! There were immediately nostalgic memories from GDR times high with me, starting at the bungalow :) Conclusion: it was the most beautiful home vacation in decades and maybe I will go to Brandenburg at some point....we are totally in love with your state :D for that we let Turkey and Austria suck!!!! Spacious apartment in a cute slice of Friedrichshain. Very safe, quiet and peaceful neighborhood with parks nearby - the perfect place to unwind and relax away from the noise of the busy city. Plenty of walkable restaurants and coffee shops within 5 minutes. About 15-20 minutes from the city center. Lennard was a great host, he was responsive, communicated well and was flexible given we had some travel delays in arriving to pick up the keys. Would recommend!
