In the middle of the East Frisian countryside, there is a 1-room apartment at your disposal, which contains a double bed for two people, but can be increased to 4-5 people by an existing sofa bed and another couch. The apartment has a separate entrance. The entire property is at your disposal for your relaxation. Your big and small four-legged darlings are also welcome! A horse box is still available in the stable. Otherwise, in summer there is plenty of space on the lush pastures. A riding arena is also available. In the apartment there is a small kitchenette with cooking facilities and a microwave. The apartments are located close to the city centre and the port of Aurich and offer comfortable accommodation for up to three people. The Aurich city center and the bus station are within walking distance within a few minutes. In the immediate vicinity of the apartment there are several restaurants, the Aurich swimming pool "debaalje" with outdoor pool, sauna landscape & children's play pool and numerous (cycling) hiking trails on the Ems- Jade Canal . We rent a newly furnished 2 room apartment with approx. 55 sqm in Berumbur with upscale equipment. The apartment is quietly located about 5 min/walk from the lake. Supermarkets, banks, pharmacies, etc. can be reached quickly. There are several restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The north is about 10 minutes by car and the north dike about 15 minutes. In the open living and dining area is a modern equipped kitchen free Wi-Fi incl. Towels/bed linen. Minimum stay 2 nights.

The duplex apartment has a north / east-facing living room on the ground floor with a view of the driveway and the surrounding fields. Bedrooms, a shower room and an additional toilet are located upstairs, where grain used to be stored. Four large block-frame sliding windows, which correspond as much as possible to their historical model, let a lot of light (and also air) into the living room. A fireplace in the almost 175-year-old stove niche provides comfort.
