There is a living and dining area with an open, fully equipped kitchen as well as a bathroom and a private terrace. The ground floor is fully accessible. The house has been completely renovated and combines old and new design elements. It is part of the historic "Schleiferei Zwei" estate. It is located in a secluded spot in the beautiful Siebertal, right next to the Harz National Park.

Far from the hustle and bustle of the village, surrounded by meadows and fields, is our apartment on a historic mill farm. First mentioned in 1311, it is one of the oldest properties in the village The guest suite (Müllerstube) is a self-contained apartment on the first floor of the house and can be locked separately. You will find a kitchen with cooking and dining facilities, a dressing room, a bathroom with shower and a spacious bedroom with a double bed and two single beds.

Forget your worries – in this spacious and quiet accommodation. The house on the outskirts of the city with extensive property offers you peace and quiet. It is located directly on the bike and hiking trail to the Goldene Aue. The lake landscape is only a few minutes away by bike. The house can accommodate up to 6 people and is very quiet and idyllic. The garden with seating and lounging options may of course be used. You can park your vehicles safely on the property.

Villa Meier is located directly on the Karst hiking trail. It leads in close proximity past the Röseteich, one of the approx. 50 "monastery ponds". Nevertheless, the center of Walkenried is within walking distance. Upstairs of Villa Meier is the almost 120 sqm apartment. To rejuvenate, let yourself be wonderfully warmed in the infrared sauna, and after settling into the cozy Swiss pine bed, nothing stands in the way of a deep and restful sleep.

In doing so, we have attached great importance to preserving the special features of the house and creating a typical mountain feeling. We rely on good and modern amenities. The house offers a nice base for your mountain time: for tours and for hiking, mountain biking or skiing.
