The apartment can accommodate 2 people. Due to the experience of recent years, we no longer rent to guests with children under 6 years of age!

A one-bedroom apartment awaits you in a quiet location, with its own kitchen and small bathroom. The outdoor area invites you to linger. Between chickens and ducks you can relax wonderfully. Also very suitable for children and families. Varied excursion destinations in the countryside possible. 15 minutes drive to Leipzig center (car).

Modern furnished apartment in Markkleeberg right outside Leipzig. Everything important is nearby and quickly accessible by public transport to the city's hot spots. Within a few minutes, the southern suburb, the hip Connewitz and Karl-Liebknecht-Straße can be reached. The Neusseenland with Markkleeberger and Cospudener lakes are just a stone's throw away. The apartment is on the first floor and could be rented together with the apartment on the 2nd floor and/or 3rd floor.

The 1-room apartment was recently renovated to a high standard and has a kitchen, a bathroom, a spacious living/dining area with 160x200cm queen-size bed, dining/desk, cozy sofa for relaxing, which can be converted into a sleeping area if required, fast WiFi and opaque curtains & mirrored windows. It is also centrally located in the popular Südvorstadt district, with the KarLi just around the corner. Nevertheless, it is comparatively quiet.
