The studio's working function has now been replaced by a recreational function and provides you with the opportunity to taste exceptional architecture in a small volume, set just above the lake. With the curved back wall of the Studio and in soft duvets, you will feel like in a cozy nest:)

Relax with the whole family in "Haus Henk" Close to Vienna and close to many sights, this vacation home is located in the district of Korneuburg. Space for up to 8 people. Beautiful pool in the garden (only June-August). Sauna in the basement, large TV in the living room are available. On nice evenings you can also grill in the garden with the new 2024 Weber gas grill. A beautiful large garden invites you to relax. In bad weather, there is also a small living room available for 9 people.

Vienna's city center can be reached in just 40 minutes by train, the city limits are only 15 minutes away by car, and Vienna Airport is 45 minutes away.

Welcome to our modern new building on the outskirts of town! The spacious house offers 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, an extra toilet and plenty of space to feel good. Please note that a tourist tax of €2.60 per person per night is to be paid on site. The city is quickly accessible, ideal for families, couples or groups. If you need anything, just let us know – we'll be happy to take care of it. Perfect for comfort and proximity to the city! Parties are not allowed!

This beautiful and well-equipped apartment offers plenty of space and comfort, free parking right in front of our house and a covered parking space for your (e-)bikes in the large garden. Location: Quiet and safe residential area, only a 10-minute walk to the Danube Island, and the city center of Vienna is also quickly and easily accessible. The bus stop is just a few steps away from the house. By car, you can reach the many Viennese sights in 15-30 minutes.

Charming appartment in ancient house

The appartment is on the basement floor of an ancient house built before the turn of the 19th century (1884), with the original doors and windows and in one room a decorated ceiling. It is located in the little centre of Kritzendorf between Vienna and Tulln. You are not far away from the danube and the nearby meadowy woods. The famous Strombad - a bathing area along the river - is a 10minutes walk away. Vienna is easily reached via train in 20-30 min.
