Loft in the studio This stylish, cozy loft in Etienne's studio is located on the edge of the forest just outside Bad Ischl. Art and nature lovers get their money's worth here. Get in touch with the artist Etienne, who paints on the first floor of the studio. The view of the picturesque mountain scenery is intoxicating. From the terrace on the east side, you can enjoy the morning sun at breakfast and have a wonderful view of the garden with a pond and barbecue area.

Our vacation home is located in a small village in the beautiful Waldviertel highlands, approx. 1.5 hours by car from Vienna. In the surrounding area, there are extensive meadows and forests. The lovingly designed stone house offers modern comfort and a cozy ambiance. In the region there is a lot to discover all year round. The place is great for couples, families and small groups. Witch's House

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. The witch's house is located in the heart of the Wald4/teil. You can get right into the circular hiking trail to Lohnbachfall. There are plenty of mountain bike trails all around. There is a forest pool and natural bathing ponds nearby. From 5:00 pm, you can use the wellness facilities in the nearby spa house. In the winter, it is not far to skiing or cross-country skiing.

Family-friendly house close to the center

Welcome to Zwettl! We, Rosi and Hermann, are very happy to welcome you to our beautiful Waldviertel. We rent a family-friendly, detached house close to the center with its own kitchen, living room, dining room, three bedrooms, a large bathroom in the basement and a balcony. Many toys, stuffed animals and board games await our little guests. We hope you have a nice stay with us!

Look forward to relaxing days in a lovingly furnished apartment and smell the good forest air, near Bad Leonfelden. The cozy accommodation invites you to relax after an extensive forest walk or one of the numerous hiking routes in the nearby area. You share the main entrance with us and our Labrador Paco. Your pets are of course welcome. We look forward to seeing you soon!

Our chats

Our cottage is located in a semi-attached area in the woods by the river Ceilings. Although it may not look like it at first glance, there are neighbors nearby, but they can't be seen from the cottage. Soak up the seating area by the fireplace with a book and a cup of tea or breakfast on the deck. There's no wifi in the cabin, so you can really enjoy your time together.

Pond cottage with kitchenette, dining area and wet cell on the ground floor, also spacious covered terrace, barbecue area and play tower available. In the attic is the sleeping area with its own toilet. From the roof terrace, you have a magnificent view over the 2 connected fish ponds. Parking spaces for cars, tents or campers are available.
