Accommodation corresponding to the description, in a great location (convenient to the highway toll booth, near a supermarket and with a few bars a few steps away where you can have breakfast, free parking available in the street), equipped with everything you need! I found the price of the mandatory cleaning to be excessive, but I can say that it was very clean! Communication with the host was essential and effective! The apartment is generally quiet, equipped with shutters, mosquito nets and air conditioning that allows you to adequately cool the bedrooms! Overall, I am satisfied and would gladly return!

Roberto’s place was absolutely beautiful! The location is fantastic — steps from great restaurants, the beach, a delicious gelato shop, and supermarkets if you want to cook at home. The apartment was spotless, spacious, and had one of the most stunning views I’ve seen in a long time. It stayed cool and fresh with excellent ventilation and air conditioning — ideal for summer. Roberto was the perfect host: incredibly kind, welcoming, always responsive, and even offered to take me to the station when I left — such a thoughtful gesture! Check-in and check-out were very flexible, which made everything super easy. I couldn’t have wished for a better stay and would absolutely recommend Roberto’s place to anyone visiting Grottammare. Great experience in Patrizia's apartment! The entire property is very well maintained, the apartment is very nice and equipped with everything you need. Very comfortable bikes provided to get around the area on the beautiful waterfront bike path. The possibility of using the beach spot (umbrella and sunbeds) is a plus that we really enjoyed. Ideal choice for both short and long stays. Absolutely recommended!

Lucia was kind and caring before and during our stay; she took care of the arrival time by being at the reception with a jug of fresh water and a fruit basket. The apartment matched the descriptions in the listing; despite the hot days we did not suffer from the lack of air conditioning, making up for it with the fans present. The kitchen is really complete, nothing is missing as well as in the bathroom and in the rooms. The beach is within a 10-minute walk, and nearby there is a small grocery store, a pasta factory, a bakery, a fishmonger and a tobacco bar. A good solution for a vacation in Grottammare.
