This charming detached house is located in the recreational area on the Schlosssee in Oberwaltersdorf next to Fontana Golf Club From the large living room with dining area you have access to the idyllic conservatory (incl. Sauna) with magnificent views of the beautiful castle lake. In the attic you can expect 3 rooms and a spacious bathroom including bath and shower. All 3 rooms and ground floor living space are equipped with modern Wi-Fi air conditioning, with air conditioning and heating function & Car parking space

Elsbeer Chalet

Thanks to the large windows, all rooms are very bright. Special attention has been paid to the high-quality furnishings. Among other things, you will find a kitchen and a dining table with armchairs made of solid Elsbeer wood. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the chalet, but it can also be switched off on request. The permanently installed air conditioner not only cools and heats, it also cleans the air of various bacteria and thus creates a clean living environment. If requested, we can provide a crib.

The interior and the terrace is lovingly and with then help of Syntax Architects designed. In the protected biosphere park Wienerwald, our spacious single-family home is located in a large garden on the edge of a small village, just 20 minutes by car from Vienna. In the immediate vicinity is a large forest area, and the neighboring village is Heiligenkreuz with the famous 700-year-old Cistercian monastery. The imperial hunting lodge Mayerling (tragedy about Crown Prince Rudolf) and the thermal city of Baden with the approach through the lovely Helenental can be reached in short trips.
