Guest apartment on the Wakenitz

We have converted a part of our house, where we live as a family, into a guest apartment. This non-smoking apartment is a separate part of our house. It is located on the edge of the Wakenitzniederung Nature and Landscape Protection Area, ideal for 2 to 3 people. The large living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people and another, separate single bed. The kitchen with dining area is located in a second room, in front of the private entrance there is a small sunny terrace.

Peace, romance, idyll, Baltic Sea, pure nature, quiet but also trendy Baltic Sea resorts such as Grömitz are within easy reach. You will stay in an historic former inn, which was lovingly completely restored and modernized in 2016. The east seaside location is a perfect base for exploring the treasures of Ostholstein. For hikers and bikers, the Baltic Sea and Holstein Switzerland are outside the door. You can reach the beach by car or by bike in a few minutes.

Apartment in the heart of eastern Holstein Switzerland

The apartment has a room of 20 square meters plus kitchen and shower bath. A terrace with separate access. The location is very quiet, rural. 200 meters to the lake where you can swim. It is 12 km to the Baltic Sea (Neustadt), Lübeck 35 km, Kiel 45 km, Hamburg 85 km. Massenat with its lakes and the possibility to rent canoes/kayaks is 15 km away. The nearest regional train is 9 km away. The landscape is hilly. There are many forests, fields and lakes.

Maritime room near the beach with private bathroom

We rent our small but fine guest room. It has a separate entrance. The door lock is of course lockable. The room includes a new renovated bathroom & a beautiful sun terrace. In the room there is also a small refrigerator. The room is very close to the Baltic Sea. For the stay in Dahme, a tourist tax of €3.50/€2 per person (depending on the season) is charged per day. The visitor's tax is booked separately online in advance.

Vacation home (II) with large garden near the beach

Friendly apartment with sun terrace near the Baltic Sea beach - ideal for 2 people. The apartment is located in our house (separate entrance) in a quiet residential area in Pelzerhaken. Beach, bakery, supermarket and bus stop are within walking distance (about 300 m). The apartment has a living room with kitchenette and sofa bed, a separate bedroom with double bed, a bathroom with shower and a south-facing terrace.

Prinzenholz vacation home on Kellersee

The apartment is located in an idyllic thatched cottage with lake views. The house is located on a spacious property on the edge of the Prinzenholz. The decor is friendly and bright. Biking and hiking trails start right at your doorstep, and canoe rental and swimming facilities are close by. The apartment has its own sun terrace and garden area. Nestled in the heart of Ostholstein - in Lensahn - is our "Old Doctor's House." Our approx. 50 m² large, cozy two-room apartment "Country Garden" is located on the 2nd floor. The apartment in the English shabby mix impresses with the accents and details selected with love and care. In the furnished garden, which is available to all guests, you can end your beach day. Beach house - Spacious and modern!

Welcome to the Baltic Sea! This apartment is the entire lower floor of a detached house. Here you will find everything you need for a nice vacation. The garden with terrace, lawn, pond and carport is all yours. It doesn't always have to be the beach, but it is only 500 meters away. Shopping and restaurants are all within walking distance. You are also welcome to bring your dog. The property is fenced.

Bright, cool gallery apartment with fantastic sea views and balcony. Lovingly furnished. Quietly located directly opposite the beautiful sandy beach. With large panoramic window and balcony across the entire width of the apartment. Up in the gallery, you can see the starry sky from the bed. Ceiling height at the bed 2.50 m, only gets a little lower at the cozy lounge corner.

Very nice apartment in a great, quiet residential area of Oldenburg located directly at the Oldenburg Quarry nature reserve. The apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our detached house with a separate entrance via a spiral staircase and the associated balcony with seating area.
