The 5* **** apartment "11° Ost" was newly built in 2016 and is located in an absolute prime location between the old town of Heiligenhafen, the inland lake, the 5-star marina and the fine Baltic Sea beach. You have a fantastic view of the Binnensee or a partial view of the Baltic Sea and the Graswarder nature reserve. A spacious living/dining area with an open kitchen, a sofa bed, a comfortable daylight bathroom, as well as a bedroom with a box spring bed and 2 balconies await you.

Guest apartment on the Wakenitz

We have converted a part of our house, where we live as a family, into a guest apartment. This non-smoking apartment is a separate part of our house. It is located on the edge of the Wakenitzniederung Nature and Landscape Protection Area, ideal for 2 to 3 people. The large living room is equipped with a sofa bed for 2 people and another, separate single bed. The kitchen with dining area is located in a second room, in front of the private entrance there is a small sunny terrace.

A newly developed 14 m" large construction trailer with a bed (160), a small kitchenette and one seating inside/outside awaits you. The toilet and shower are located in another construction trailer next door. Fresh vegetables and eggs from our garden are available seasonally:)

On the edge of a small farm complex, surrounded by horses, chickens and a pair of storks, is our functional tiny house. The large sun terrace with awning, the adjacent pond and the open view of nature invite you to relax. The interior includes: a cozy sitting area with sofa, table and chairs, a wood-burning stove, a small kitchenette, a sleeping berth (1.60 wide) and a small shower room. Outside is a toilet house with a Finnish compost toilet.
