The house has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a heated swimming pool during the summer (from May until the end of September). Please note that the price does not include rental for towels/bedsheets/linen and local taxes will apply.

Un séjour ressourcement en bord de mer, accessible en train (1h de Nantes) et sans nécessité de voiture sur place, pour encore mieux déconnecter… Nous vous accueillons au rez de chaussée d'une demeure de caractère du 17ème siècle, située à 10mn à pied de tout : l'océan, les marchés, les commerces, les restaurants et terrasses… Pierres, bois, matières naturelles et couleurs choisies vous accompagneront pour un décor cocooning à souhait.

For a real vacation

This house is our vacation home, we have a great time with our 3 children and we would like it to accommodate travelers passing through the Atlantic coast... The house is nicely located, 5 minutes from the beach and the city center. It is at the end of a cul-de-sac, very quiet. All errands can be accomplished on foot or by bike. The 400 m2 garden is enclosed and wooded. There's a parking spot. Ideal for a stay for families or groups of friends.

Intra-muros, small Ile de Ré nest with private courtyard of 18 m², enclosed by high walls and a gate (tranquility assured) is close to everything. This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
