My accommodation is 300 m from the beach and the village on foot. Cozy and pleasant, a real haven of peace. It has its particular entrance through the garage. It is located on the ground floor of the villa (pool level). It is in a villa. In a fenced property, you will enjoy the sea air, the squirrels in the fir trees as well as the convenience of an active village with its port and shops. You will appreciate my accommodation for its location, comfort and calmness with also the sound of the sea!

It is part of a property bringing together 3 other properties including ours, in a quiet, family-friendly environment. The green spaces, swimming pool, and jacuzzi (outdoor) are shared between the different homes. The Hot Tub is accessible all year round by reservation only and under several conditions. Small townhouse near forest, 500 m from Les Conches beach, surfing, pool from May to September. Bed linens for the room included in the rental price. Pull-out sofa in the living room (sleeps two people), provide sheets for small beds 90 x 190, duvets and pillows. Not included in the rental. Possibility to provide sofa bedding on request (€5 per set). Towels are also available on request (€5 per person) No Wi-Fi
